The 18-piece Outcast Jazz Band have been swinging their way through some of the most prestigious ballrooms and events in the Chicagoland area for over 40 years. Bring a yoga mat, cushions, blankets (for comfort), water, and comfortable clothes for movement.

Agenda:

10:30am The shamanic earth drum collides with the DJ frequencies for sacred Cacao and Intention setting around a Circle.

11:00am Explore dynamic breathwork into the depths of emotions and the subconscious. Periods of heightened stimulation for the climatic surrender of non-serving patterns. Paired with DJs frequency and ancient sound healing.

12:00pm Instinctual, rhythmic, liberating movements celebrated to high vibrational frequencies. Break the barriers of ego as Self emerges energetically cleansed, illuminated, and ready to dance like nobody's watching!  Attendees wear eye masks to elevate higher!

12:45pmThe final absorption - a closing meditative circle of peace, harmony, and the frequency of One.  Self returns to the Whole.
