    Each ticket purchased grants you admission to that single show on the date of that show. Each show is general admission, limited seating is first come, first served. All shows are subject to capacity limitations. Each venue has different age restrictions, please see the show details for the age restrictions for each venue. Door & Show times are different for each show, please see the show details for the times. Performer lineup and schedule subject to change at any time. NO REFUNDS.

     

    If you purchased a ticket for a show at KRANNERT CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS, please take your ticket and visit our PYGMALION Will Call Booth, located next to the Tryon Festival Theatre. We will then give you a Krannert Center ticket in exchange, and you'll then be able to enter Foellinger Great Hall. Please note: Do not go to the Krannert Center Box Office for PYGMALION tickets!

     

    PLEASE REFER TO THE SCHEDULE FOR TIMING OF EVENTS! Because PYGMALION is a series of shows September 19-21, 2024, the date of the performance you bought tickets to will not reflect the general start / date reflected on the general ticket info.

     

    NO REFUNDS. Name exchanges are OK, and you can do this in your ETIX account. If you have any issues with this process, please email us at info@thepygmalionfesival.com.

     

    All performances at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts and Channing Murray Foundation are ALL AGES. All performances at The Canopy Club are 18+.
