The Shoals Community Theatre was opened on October 21st, 1948 as a movie theatre. It changed hands several times until Community Theatre Inc., a nonprofit theatre group, purchased the building in 2007. The mission of Community Theatre Inc is to Enrich, Educate, & Entertain.
