Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Sommore has had a meteoric rise to the top of her field and has been a trailblazer for women in the comedy business. She was the first woman to host BET’s ”Comic View,” presiding over the 1994-1995 season, and in 1995, she received the Richard Pryor Award for Comic of the Year. She also has hosted Russell Simmons’ “Def Comedy Jam,” and “Showtime at the Apollo.” She was part of the record-breaking “Queens of Comedy” tour in 2000, which garnered Sommore a wider fan base and got her registered in Guinness' Book of World Records when she performed to a captivated audience of more than 50,000 people in Atlanta, Georgia. The 2001 made-for-television movie based on that tour was the highest-rated and longest running special in the history of the Showtime Network. Never one to rest on her laurels, Sommore was a featured comic in the “Latham Entertainment Presents” tour in 2002, where she was the only woman performer.
In 2002, Sommore made her film debut in Friday After Next. She has also been featured in a number of other films including, Family Reunion (2002), Soul Plane (2004), Something New (2006), and Dirty Laundry (2007).
Sommore has been a featured guest on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “The View,” and “Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher.” She was interviewed on CNN Headline News about her phenomenal artistic and financial success as a comedienne, and was profiled in Comedy Central’s “Special Women in Comedy” program. Other noteworthy accomplishments for Sommore include several appearances on the sitcoms "The Hughleys" and "The Parkers," HBO's "SNAPS" and MTV's "Wild 'N Out." Sommore also participated in season six of VH1’s “Celebrity Fit Club", Comedy Central's "Roast of Flavor Flav," and was a regular on NBC's game show “1 vs. 100” during the 2008 season.
More than a comedienne, Sommore is a writer, producer, and entrepreneur. She wrote and produced her very own comedy specials, “The Queen Stands Alone,” in 2008 and “Chandelier Status” in 2012. Both were a filmed version of her stand-up act, which debut to rave reviews on Comedy Central and Showtime Networks respectively. Both DVD’s are currently in stores and are amongst the best sellers among stand-up films.

    About the Artist:
Most of us are born into this world kicking and screaming, but Chad Prather most certainly came out laughing. The comedian, musician and armchair philosopher is an unapologetic champion for anyone looking for a reason to smile. Prather’s God-given gift to entertain and inspire has made him a household name, and he’s grown accustomed to captivating millions of viewers on any given day.
Chad Prather grew up in Augusta, GA and learned to find joy and amusement in even the most unremarkable moments that life has to offer. “For me,” Prather admits, “comedy really isn’t all that complex. More often than not, nothing makes me laugh harder than when common sense sneaks up and wins the day.”
Perhaps the most compelling quality Chad Prather possesses is his refusal to compromise the things he’s most passionate about. From acting and comedy to music and motivational speaking, there doesn’t seem to be a field in entertainment that Prather can’t conquer.
Chad Prather has made numerous appearances on Fox News, CNN, A&E, The Blaze, and more, and his talents have been praised by the likes of Southern Living, People, Nash Country Weekly and Newsweek.
In addition to hosting Blaze TV’s “The Chad Prather Show” and contributing weekly to various networks, Prather has celebrated his top-charting album “Y’All Shut Up” and his latest book “Am I Crazy: An Unapologetic Patriot Takes on the Insanity of Today’s Woke World.” He has had numerous international comedy tours and incorporates music into each show, often with his band Chad Prather and The Ragamuffins.
Fans of the fast-talking, observational humorist have branded him ‘a modern day Will Rogers.’ For Chad Prather, taking yourself too seriously is the truest form of self- sabotage, and life is too short for that!
Prather has made Texas his home for the past two decades.

    About the Artist:
Comedian, Actor, Producer Tony Rock is the hardest working man in show business. Born in the same Brooklyn Hospital where most of his eight brothers and sisters arrived into the world, Tony was born laughing and it was quickly apparent that his big brother wasn't going to be the only famous comedian in the family.
Tony has proven to be one of television's best hosts having played the role of ringleader on HBO’s weekly stand-up comedy series All Def Comedy, NBA TV's The Warm Up, along with BET’s Black Card Revoked and Apollo Live, all while co-starring in his first primetime network series - CBS' Living Biblically.
Performing stand-up comedy continues to be Tony's first love and this year has proven no different. You can see him on tour in 2018 as one of the featured acts on the Platinum Comedy Tour with Mike Epps, The Festival Of Laughs with Comedienne Sommore, and his own Tony Rock Live club tour!
Outside of the lights-camera-action, Tony works tirelessly as the founder of the MyROCK Diabetes Foundation, a charity organization established in honor of his late father.
