Jenkison’s “living theatre” emphasizes education with audience participation to enhance the learning and entertainment experience. 

J. Robert Oppenheimer was the father of the atomic bomb; he was also a tragic character. In 1954, his security clearance was stripped from him by the U.S. government. Although history has been generous to Oppenheimer and hard on his critics, there is no doubt that Oppenheimer contributed to his fall. Clay Jenkinson brings the character of the man to life through a gripping first-person portrayal of Oppenheimer –no prior graduate degree in quantum physics is required!

Jenkinson tells the story of Los Alamos, of the dramatic test of the “gadget” in the New Mexican desert, the decision to use the bomb without warning on Japanese cities with a large civilian population, and the aftermath. Oppenheimer believed that humankind must evolve quickly to prevent the subsequent use of atomic weaponry in war because he believed it would bring about the end of human civilization. 

In the end, Oppenheimer was rehabilitated by the Kennedy-Johnson Administration. After Edward. R Murrow interviewed him on the CBS program “See it Now,” Oppenheimer became a kind of cult figure for his melancholy, yet whimsical, genius.

Best stand-up in the burbs! Raue Center brings the best stand-up comics in the Chicagoland area close to home with Lucy’s Comedy, Raue Center's longest-running program! Curated by comic and radio personality, John DaCosse.

Join us for headliner and fan-favorite, Mike Toomey! A regular performer on WGN Morning News, Mike has appeared in concert with such names as George Carlin, Wayne Newton, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Reba McIntyre. He has performed on numerous television programs including; HBO’s U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen Colorado; MTV’s Half Hour Comedy Hour; and A&E’s Comedy on the Road. With his Sharp Delivery, quick wit, and unique style, Mike Toomey has been a favorite at comedy clubs and special events since 1982. The Fleetwood Max experience captures the mystical atmosphere, look and sound of these enigmatic Rock and Roll Hall of Famers with outstanding vocal and character performances from a cast of the most respected, professional, touring musicians on the United States East Coast. Each member is dedicated to, and passionate about, providing the most accurate and personalized recreation of the Magic that is Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks, while replicating the very best of every live performance!

Stevie Nicks look-a-like / sound-a-like, lead vocalist Sharon Epperson is nearly indistinguishable in every Stevie Nicks move, look, and impassioned vocal. Expect to be transported to an enchanted place that is truly Stevie Nicks with breathtaking costuming and compelling performances of Fleetwood Mac / Stevie Nicks hit songs including: 'Sara', 'Gypsy', 'Rhiannon', 'Edge of Seventeen' and more.

David Epperson hypnotizes audiences when he takes the stage as Lindsey Buckingham, demonstrating inspired, accomplished guitar and vocal veracity during group performances including 'Go Your Own Way', and acoustic solo flair with a rarely seen live, spot-on, note-for-note performance of the crowd favorite, 'Big Love'.

Join Bill and The ATTOBE Quintet Band for a night of classic hits and jazz in our intimate on stage music lounge seating with dance floor and full bar set up.

Bill Pantle has been entertaining crowds for close to 10 years now in Chicagoland's premiere Frank Sinatra Tribute act - "A Tribute To Old Blue Eyes". Bill's baritone voice and quick wit make you feel like you are in front of The Voice himself - Frank Sinatra.

The show covers many of the classic Sinatra selections from The Great American Songbook and other popular Sinatra hits! This tribute is a recreation of the classic variety show format or the infamous live recordings Mr. Sinatra was so famous for. 

Bill's music and sound of the big band era are worth hearing and created by some of Chicago's most talented Jazz & Big Band musicians.

American country music singer/songwriter and Billboard chart-topper Phil Vassar returns to Raue Center!

Phil Vassar’s reign of signature songs includes 10 No. 1 singles and 26 Top 40 hits, including Carlene, Just Another Day in Paradise, Six-Pack Summer, When I Love You, and many more. Vassar has released six albums and won two ASCAP Songwriter of the Year trophies including ACM’s Top New Male Vocalist. He has sold out shows across the country.

Michael Moore as Willie Nelson

Michael Moore was born and raised in McKinney, Texas. Nelson's voice and unusual style of phrasing are hard to match. Through many years of study and about a million "Whiskey Rivers" later, Moore's ability to capture" the country music legend's voice and style are considered by many to be the best in the world. Michael is also an accomplished guitar player and performs all of the guitar parts played by Nelson in his shows. Michael has performed his Willie tribute show throughout the USA as a solo artist and also with several top tribute shows including Cavalcade Of Stars, Mirror Image, Memories Theatre and Superstars Live in Concert.
