All Call of the Wild sales are final and no exchanges, rescheduling or refunds will be offered. Please double check the time you choose as all sessions are listed in Pacific Time. Without receiving your invite details at least 72 hours prior, we cannot guarantee your virtual session to occur. Since all sessions are pending final approval from Animal Care Management, BrambleandWoodEvents@zoo.org will reach out to you if there is a scheduling conflict.
