Comedian Shuler King was born Frank Williams III in Sumter, South Carolina. He knew at an early age that he was destined to be an entertainer especially since he was the kid known for cracking jokes. King grew up in a traditional 2-parent household in the Bible Belt of the South, where Faith, Hard Work and Education were the foundations of what his parents imparted on him and his two siblings. Comedy is his passion, but he has taken a rather unusual path to get to where he is thus far. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Media Arts where he joined The Mighty Illustrious Zeta Zeta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. In 2013 he graduated from Gupton Jones Mortuary College with a degree in Mortuary Science. When he isn’t on the road performing at comedy clubs and special events across the country, King works as a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Georgia and South Carolina at his family’s funeral business in South Carolina. He wants to keep his family’s business and legacy alive. He’s probably the only Comedian/Funeral Director on the comedy circuit. King has opened for some of the most notable and talented comedians and comediennes in the industry. He credits his parents strict yet loving upbringing, his harsh surroundings growing up and the state of the country today with giving him his comedic style, which he describes as RAW. King says “Comedy isn’t about being happy all the time. Comedy is just as much about pain that people endure. When you hear 20,000 people in an arena laugh at a joke it’s because they all can relate to experiencing that same pain”. His comedy career began while he was a Freshman in college, after he took the stage for the very first time at the NCO Club on a military base and the rest is history. King is one of the most energetic rising comedians in the business. Although the comedy business can be very tough and filled with ups and downs, King credits his unwavering Faith in God as the calming force in his life which keeps him pushing forward. His hilarious videos he posts on his social media have quickly become fan favorites. His recent video post about Donald Trump went viral and was even played on a UK television show. By the summer of 2005, Bailey had appeared in several commercials on FOX’s “Mad TV,” become a regular on “Tough Crowd w/ Colin Quinn,” recorded his first special for Comedy Central, and made stand up appearances on HBO, NBC, “Star Search,” “Last Call w/Carson Daly,” and “The Late Show.” It seemed that Bailey’s star was on the rise…and then along came “Cash Cab.” Bailey drove the smash-hit series (still on in syndication around the world) for over 400 episodes, and he and the show won 6 Daytime Emmy Awards.

Eventually his talent for song selection and infectious personality brought him to Hot 97 (New York’s #1 Hip Hop station), where he moved up the ranks—from Flex’s intern, to running his own show “Cipha Saturdays,” and finally to hosting the coveted morning spot. During his 17 years at Hot 97, and as a host for Eminem’s Shade 45 on SiriusXM, he helped launch the careers of Rihanna, Rick Ross, 50 Cent, and Sean Paul. His keen ear also led him to work as an A&R executive for Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella and Pharrell Williams’ Star Trak record labels. About the Artist:
Cipha Sounds got his start carrying crates and opening for Funkmaster Flex at legendary New York nightspots, the Tunnel and the Palladium. Eventually his talent for song selection and infectious personality brought him to Hot 97 (New York’s #1 Hip Hop station), where he moved up the ranks—from Flex’s intern, to running his own show “Cipha Saturdays,” and finally to hosting the coveted morning spot. During his 17 years at Hot 97, and as a host for Eminem’s Shade 45 on SiriusXM, he helped launch the careers of Rihanna, Rick Ross, 50 Cent, and Sean Paul. His keen ear also led him to work as an A&R executive for Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella and Pharrell Williams’ Star Trak record labels. Jay-Z, Rihanna, J.Lo, Mariah Carey, Lil Kim, and Yasiin Bey (fka Mos Def) are just a few artists he’s worked with as a live DJ.
Whether on the radio, as a VJ for MTV, or as a live DJ, Cipha always maintained a sharp sense of humor on the mic. He first emerged on the comedy scene as the official DJ for Chappelle’s Show and has worked with the eponymous host ever since. Despite persistent encouragement from Dave to pursue comedy, it wasn’t until well after the iconic series ended—when Cipha attended his first improv show—that he was fully inspired towards a career in comedy.
He came up studying improv at the original UCB while practicing stand-up throughout NY. He created the critically acclaimed UCB show Take It Personal – The Hip Hop Improv Show, which featured guests like Questlove, Zoe Kravitz, Donald Glover, 2 Chainz, and Fat Joe. He went from being a regular DJ at SNL afterparties to opening for Michael Che on international tours, appearing in his Netflix special and in That Damn Michael Che for Max. Ciph is known for hosting the TruTV series Laff Mobb Laff Tracks and more recently garnered critical acclaim as the host of A&E’s Hip Hop Treasures alongside producer LL Cool J. His earlier on-screen work includes a small role in Spike Lee’s 25th Hour and Wild-N-Out, which he served on as a consulting producer.
When not traveling the world to do stand-up with Chappelle, Che, Michelle Wolf, Mo Amer, Ronny Chieng, and others, you can catch him at New York’s Comedy Cellar or headlining celebrated clubs around the country. About the Artist:
Detroit-born and bred Haha Davis found his passion as a comedian/ internet sensation in 2013 by creating funny Vine videos and Instagram clips. His hilarious characters soon caught they eye of several celebrities, including Chance the Rapper, and in 2015 he was featured on the tracks “No Problems”, “All Night”, and “Blessings” on Chance the Rapper’s album Coloring Book and he narrated the Magnificent Coloring World Tour as the character Carlos The Lion.
Since then, his Instagram following has grown to 2.8million and in 2017, Haha’s catchphrase,” Dis Finna be a breeze” became a pop culture sensation that was adopted by celebrities and athletes on social media from Snoop Dogg to Tom Brady, which ultimately led to a music video collaboration with Snoop Dogg based on the phrase.
Haha is everywhere these days — he’s been featured in an episode of Detroiters, in promos for TBS’s Drop the Mic, in Forbes Magazine, as a character in the NBA2k18 video game and he embarked on a nationwide tour, to name a few. Up next, he’s developing an animated series based on his popular character, Big Fella.
Over 2018 and 2019 he launched the “Big Fellas of Comedy Tour” where he would sell out shows all over the country! In 2019, HaHa Davis launched his first episode with Comedy Central called “D-Boy” which reached over 2 million views on Comedy Central’s digital platform. During his time HaHa has also created the double word sensation at this time.
In 2020, HaHa reached over 6.5 million followers and launched his debut comic book “Beyond Me” with Verse Comics USA, while launching his clothing and lifestyle brand, “Fellas”. Now in 2021, HaHa is working on his podcast, debut movie, and TV series that he will be a producer on!
