Ready yourself for an immersive encounter in the world of music, sound bowl frequencies, shamanic drums, activated breathwork, sacred cacao, somatic movement, and the rapture of euphoric dance. From heart-pounding beats to mesmerizing breaths, Frequency will take you on an electrifying journey out of ego and into the highest realms of conscious being. With an incredibly talented and passionate wellness team; Julianne Farrell -Technology & Sound Healing,  Robin Samples - Cacao & Movement, and Cristian Pavel with dynamic Breathwork-  this event promises to free you into a liberated dance party!  Grab your friends and get ready for the vibrancy of Frequency!

Bring a yoga mat, cushions, blankets (for comfort), water, and comfortable clothes for movement.

Agenda:

10:30am The shamanic earth drum collides with the DJ frequencies for sacred Cacao and Intention setting around a Circle.

11:00am Explore dynamic breathwork into the depths of emotions and the subconscious. Periods of heightened stimulation for the climatic surrender of non-serving patterns. Paired with DJs frequency and ancient sound healing.

12:00pm Instinctual, rhythmic, liberating movements celebrated to high vibrational frequencies. Break the barriers of ego as Self emerges energetically cleansed, illuminated, and ready to dance like nobody's watching!  Attendees wear eye masks to elevate higher!

12:45pmThe final absorption - a closing meditative circle of peace, harmony, and the frequency of One.  Self returns to the Whole.
