    NTB:
About NEEDTOBREATHE Despite a 20-year history that includes all the accolades of an iconic band, GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum band NEEDTOBREATHE came into their latest studio album with a much different frame of mind. They still felt they had something to prove. In truth, this is a band who have loomed large for years, leveraging a unique fusion of modern rock, purpose-driven soul, and irresistible pop appeal into a stat line that puts them in exceedingly rare company. Formed in South Carolina in 2001, NEEDTOBREATHE has grown and evolved to occupy a unique position in the modern genre landscape. They’ve placed five Number One albums across the Billboard chart spectrum, from Rock and Alternative. They’ve racked up two billion career streams and scored multi-platinum chart-topping hits – deep-feeling anthems with a spiritual consciousness like “Brother” (feat. Gavin DeGraw), “Who Am I,” “Let’s Stay Home Tonight” and dozens more. And they’ve done it all while filling venues across the globe, either as headliners or with a diverse array of superstars like Taylor Swift, OneRepublic, and Tim McGraw. Ask their fans and it’s been two decades of spirit-mining songs, master musicianship, and elemental artistry, digging deep to create a series of sonic monuments to the human condition. Yet for all they’ve built, the five-piece group remains a veiled figure in the shadowed fringe of modern rock to some – so on their ninth studio album, CAVES, they’re coming out into the light. Due September 15, CAVES is a collection of awe-inspiring melodies, breathtaking instrumentation, and epic-scale energy, giving the band’s soul-probing approach a bigger, more expansive new scope. Willie Nelson:

With a seven-decade career, Willie Nelson has earned every conceivable award as a musician and amassed reputable credentials as an author, actor, and activist. He continues to thrive as a relevant and progressive musical and cultural force. In recent years, he has delivered more than a dozen new albums, released a Top 10 New York Times' bestsellers book, again headlined Farm Aid (an event he co-founded in 1985) and his annual Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic, been honored by the Library of Congress with their Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, received his 5th degree black belt in Gong Kwon Yu Sul, headlined the annual Luck Reunion food and music festival during SXSW, launched his cannabis companies Willie's Reserve and Willie's Remedy, and graced the covers of Rolling Stone and AARP The Magazine. Nelson started this decade by releasing four albums of newly recorded music—First Rose of Spring (2020), That’s Life (2021), The Willie Nelson Family (2021), and A Beautiful Time (2022, GRAMMY Award winner for Best Country Album)—and three books—Me and Sister Bobbie: True Tales of The Family Band (2020), Willie Nelson’s Letters to America (2021), and Me and Paul: Untold Tale of a Fabled Friendship (2022). Throughout 2023, Willie celebrates his 90th birthday with multiple projects and events including a two-night star-studded concert, Long Story Short: Willie Nelson 90, that took place in April at the famed Hollywood Bowl, and released as a feature film in June. The year began with the debut of "Wille Nelson & Family," a new five-part film documentary series directed by Thom Zimny and Oren Moverman that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival as well as the release of a new album, I Don't Know a Thing About Love, which features 10 performances that pay tribute to American songwriter Harlan Howard. From June to October, Nelson headlines the annual Outlaw Music Festival Tour. In the Fall, two new releases debut: an album, Bluegrass (with newly recorded studio performances of 12 Willie Nelson-penned classics showcasing Willie with a bluegrass ensemble released September 15), and a new book, Energy Follows Thought (with stories behind the lyrics of 160 of his favorite songs, along with never-before-seen photos and ephemera coming on October 31). And on November 3, Nelson will be inducted into The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. These creative endeavors as well as new songs and performances that add to his classic catalog, find Willie Nelson rolling at an artistic peak, writing, singing, and playing with the seasoned wit and wisdom that comes from the road.

    Stray Cats:

The STRAY CATS, the band that put Rockabilly music back on the record charts in the early '80s, scored several big hits on both sides of the Atlantic thanks to a striking visual 1950’s style brought “up to date” with exaggerated pompadours and colorful tattoos and as well as genuine musical chops that evoked the best players of rockabilly's original heyday. Formed by guitarist/vocalist Brian Setzer, upright bass player Lee Rocker and drummer Slim Jim Phantom in the Long Island town of Massapequa, NY, in 1979, the trio shared a love for Rockabilly music. After banging around New York for a few months, in the summer of 1980, and seeing a pompadoured kid on the cover of UK magazine NME, they hopped a plane to London where a rockabilly revival movement was just beginning to emerge. Their massive hits and videos include “Runaway Boys," "Rock This Town," "Stray Cat Strut” "(She's) Sexy + 17," and "I Won't Stand in Your Way."

    ABOUT LAMB OF GOD:

Nobody has waved the flag for 21st-century American heavy metal higher or harder than Lamb Of God. The Richmond, Virginia-based band has quietly emerged as the genre’s foremost torchbearers with a feral intensity brewed at grimy basement shows and uncanny power amplified on some of the world’s biggest stages. Along the way, they have garnered five career GRAMMY® Award nominations, sold over 3 million albums worldwide, packed arenas around the world, and tallied over 1 billion streams and counting—a true rarity for a group this heavy. Following the world-burning New American Gospel in 2000, they delivered a classic in the form of 2003’s As the Palaces Burn. They served up back-to-back gold-certified records with Ashes of the Wake [2004] and Sacrament [2005]—christened “Album of the Year” by Revolver. Wrath [2009] catapulted to #2 on the Billboard 200 followed by consecutive Top 3 entries Resolution [2012] and VII: Sturm und Drang [2015].  Following 2020’s unanimously acclaimed Lamb of God, the 2022 blockbuster Omens arrived as their sixth consecutive Top 15 debut on the Billboard 200, 1 on the Top Hard Rock Albums Chart, #3 on the Top Album Sales Chart, #3 on the Top Rock Albums Chart, and #5 on the Top Vinyl Albums. On its heels, it canvased North America with Pantera and launched one of its own biggest headline tours. Still, they continue to raise the flag for metal without apology or compromise—just unrivaled integrity.

    ABOUT MASTODON:

GRAMMY® Award-winning band Mastodon has quietly evolved into one of the most influential, inimitable, and iconic rock bands of the modern era. Since emerging in 2000, the Atlanta quartet has defied both sonic and thematic boundaries with an uncategorizable, undeniable, and uncompromising vision unlike anything else in music. This vision manifested throughout canonical albums such as Leviathan, which landed on Rolling Stone’s coveted The 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time. Following the seminal Crack The Skye [named one of the best albums of 2009 by Time], they earned three consecutive Top 10 debuts on the Billboard Top 200 with The Hunter [2011], Once More ‘Round the Sun [2014], and Emperor of Sand [2017]. Out of six career nominations, they received a GRAMMY® Award in the category of “Best Metal Performance” for “Sultan’s Curse.” They are the rare creative force whose music can be felt everywhere from Game of Thrones, Adult Swim, The History Channel, and DC comics films to Coachella and Bonnaroo. They notably supported the Hirschberg Foundation For Pancreatic Cancer Research with a rendition of “Stairway To Heaven” in honor of late manager Nick John.

    Thrivefest North
Since 2018, Thrivefest North has provided a gathering of hope and inspiration to the Fargo-Moorhead area. Thrivefest North is a Christian music festival in Moorhead, Minnesota providing a full day of family-friendly entertainment. This year's event will be held on Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at the Bluestem Amphitheater. Proceeds from the festival support the Rising Hope Foundation. Rising Hope Foundation's mission is to provide shelter and healing while igniting hope and restoration to those freed from the abuses of human trafficking

    Rising Hope Foundation
As a truck driver, Leckie saw firsthand the "modern-day slavery" that was happening around the country. Seeing young girls on a regular basis being driven to truck stops and forced to go around and knock on driver's doors was a real awakening. In January 2013, David and his wife, Vicki, began the process of setting up a non-profit organization to offer restoration and healing to victims of human trafficking. With prayers and support of friends and contributors, they work to make a real difference in the lives of young women enslaved by human trafficking.

    Casting Crowns
With 11 million albums sold to date—including one RIAA Double Platinum Album, five Platinum and seven Gold records, and two Platinum and four Gold DVDs—Casting Crowns remains Billboard’s top-selling act in Christian music since 2007. The award-winning group - consisting of Mark Hall, Melodee DeVevo, Brian Scoggin, Megan Garrett, Juan DeVevo, Chris Huffman, and Josh Mix - got its start as a youth group worship band originally based in Florida. Today, each of the seven members remains active in ministry at their respective churches. Their chart-topping songs—including “Who Am I,” “Voice of Truth,” “Praise You In This Storm,” “Just Be Held” and “Only Jesus”—have earned them nine No. 1 hits on radio and four RIAA Gold certified digital singles. In addition, Casting Crowns has appeared on “Good Morning America,” NBC’s “Today,” CNN, MSNBC, “Fox News,” “Fox & Friends,” “Huckabee” and more. They also had their debut performance at Carnegie Hall in January 2015. Always looking for opportunities to use their platform for the greater good, throughout their career, Casting Crowns has seen more than 112,000 children sponsored through their advocacy efforts at concerts.

    Barenaked Ladies:

For 36 years, the Toronto quartet has sold millions of records worldwide and built up an arsenal of hits such as "If I Had $1,000,000," "One Week," "Pinch Me" and "The Big Bang Theory Theme." Widely acknowledged as one of the best live acts on the planet, BNL has hosted a cruise ("Ships and Dips"), had its own ice cream flavor, won eight Juno Awards in Canada, and was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame during 2018. As Ed Robertson, Jim Creeggan, Tyler Stewart, and Kevin Hearn put it on 'Detour de Force,' "Wasn't easy but it turned out alright/Wouldn't trade it for another...You don't wanna miss this mutha."

After more than three decades as the lead singer and guitarist for Barenaked Ladies, Ed Robertson has a routine when it comes time to start writing songs for a new album. "I tend to get ideas while I'm driving up to my lake house," he says. "I record voice memos along the way, and then I listen back and try to make sense of them and mix and match the various ideas I've come up with. On a typical drive, I'm happy if I get six or seven — eight ideas would be a good drive.

"For this album," he continues, "on my first writing trip I had 21 different song ideas. I thought, 'Wow, this is cool.' Then I sat down to write, and I thought if I could finish one of them — get the verses, get the bridge, get the chorus in one day — then I'll know this whole writing period is going to be good. And I finished eight songs. I sat down at 10 in the morning, and I looked up at 9:30 and I hadn't eaten, I hadn't moved from the writing table. It was exciting. I've never felt that before."

The band's style has evolved throughout their career, and their music, which began exclusively acoustic, quickly grew to encompass a mixture of pop, rock, hip-hop, and rap.

    Toad The Wet Sprocket:

Toad The Wet Sprocket - the trio of founding members Glen Phillips, Todd Nichols, and Dean Dinning - are still making new music and touring with the same spirit and independence that started it all, over three decades ago. This year marks a new milestone in their journey with the 30th anniversary of the 1994 platinum-selling album Dulcinea.

Throughout their career, Toad the Wet Sprocket has remained humble and grateful for the loyal support of their incredible fans. This is the fuel that inspires the band to continue creating music and performing live to this day.
