Before You Buy:

• Tickets are limited to 6 per family per show that your dancer is in. 


• The case sensitive code required for purchasing tickets is the email used to log in to the dancer's primary studio account.


• Children 3 & under who can sit on laps do not need a ticket. 


• Dancers do not need a ticket to the show in which they are performing.

If Your Purchase Code is Not Accepted:

• Confirm that you are entering the email used to log in to your dancer's primary studio account.


• Make sure the email is entered in all lower case. 


• Double check the show assignments chart to confirm you're buying tickets to the correct show. 


• Check your studio account to confirm that you have a zero balance. If not, email the studio once it's paid off and your email will be released for ticketing.
