New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble provides tuition-based scholarships in the name of NJDTE’s founding Artistic Director, Alfredo Corvino. These scholarships are both a source of financial assistance and a special recognition of the talent, excellence and commitment, evident in the aspiring dancers who receive the scholarship. 

New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble’s mission is to provide artistic excellence in pre-professional dance education, with forward-thinking programming that empowers dancers. For over 54 years, NJDTE continues to be an innovative force in the NJ and NYC Metro area by engaging acclaimed artists, international choreographers and providing performance opportunities. NJDTE mentors and inspires dancers toward higher education and supports its alumni as professionals in the field.
