Corbin says he and Music Row mainstay Benny Brown initially met and bonded over their mutual love of traditional country music. No stranger to the writing room himself, Corbin has penned songs with Sellers ahead of signing with the independent label. The singer, who has spent several years as an independent artist following nearly a decade with Mercury Nashville, says he’s in a great position being Stone Country’s flagship artist.
“They let me do what I want to do and let me be me, which is very important,” the singer says.
Corbin wrote “I Can’t Decide” three years ago with producer Wade Kirby and esteemed songwriters Ashley Gorley and Rhett Akins. The singer, who American Songwriter has praised as “one of those rare, glorious voices that was made for singing country,” has been performing the song on the road since he wrote it and says “I Can’t Decide” always grabs the audience’s attention.
“I immediately knew it was something special,” he says. “It’s very contagious. I love the melody; I love the lyrics and to me it just feels like a hit.”
Label boss Brown thought the same. “Benny is very involved and [‘I Can’t Decide’] rose to the top,” Corbin says.
Corbin describes Brown as “a song guy,” and it was Brown who suggested the singer team up with Kirby and Derek George as producers. “They bring a fresh sound,” Corbin says of co-producers Kirby and George.
The Florida native continues to write with longtime producer Carson Chamberlain as well as Kirby, Shane Minor, Adam Craig and Wyatt McCubbin, who he penned the romantic wedding song “Marry That Girl” with. Corbin says the past three years have allowed him to focus more seriously on writing music and finding the message he wants to convey to listeners on his forthcoming project.
Throughout his career, Corbin has amassed seven top 10 singles and three American Country Awards. Named Billboard’s 2010 Top New Country Artist, Corbin has never shied away from his traditional roots with Your Big Sky complimenting his “unapologetic and unwavering traditional country sound.” His self-titled debut album was named Country Breakthrough Album of the Year by iTunes Rewind Best of 2010 while American Songwriter has complimented the singer’s “warm, smooth-as-gravy-southern drawl.”
Along the way, Corbin hasn’t forgotten his roots. The young boy who grew up listening to Merle Haggard and Hank Williams with his grandparents remembers where he came from.
“I do love traditional country music,” he says. “That sound is what drew me to country music as a genre. One of my very first records was a Merle Haggard album when I was a kid. The way he delivered a song, the emotion in his songwriting and in his voice, he was just the whole package.”

Opening Act: Rachel Holt
Rachel is an American Bluegrass - Country singer/songwriter and musician. Rachel comes from a small Southeastern Indiana town called Milan. Rooted in Bluegrass, Rachel follows in the footsteps of her father,Tony Holt (Wildwood Valley Boys).
Singer/songwriter/artist Brady Seals has a pedigree for success. You could say that music is “in his blood,” as he is related to numerous industry heavyweights that include Jimmy Seals (Seals & Crofts), as well as Dan Seals (England Dan & John Ford Coley), and Troy Seals (Songwriting Hall of Fame Member).
Throughout his career, Brady has sold over 11 million albums and Brady Seals is probably best known for his tenure in the 1990s as keyboardist and co-lead singer in the Grammy-nominated group Little Texas. Seals co-wrote three consecutive #1 songs for the band (“What Might Have Been,” “God Blessed Texas,” and “My Love”) winning him ASCAP’s Triple Play award.
In 1996 Seals pursued a solo career, collaborating with the legendary Rodney Crowell to co-produce his Warner Brothers album, The Truth. It features a duet with Wynonna Judd, “Another You, Another Me” that sold over 100,000 singles. A self-titled CD followed in 1998 with guest appearances by Vince Gill, Ricky Skaggs, Timothy B. Schmidt (The Eagles), Bela Fleck, and Max Carl (.38 Special).
Seals returned to his band roots and formed Hot Apple Pie in 2002. The band quickly made history when they became the highest-selling debut country group in the Neilson Soundscan era. Their entry single “Hillbillies Love it in the Hay” went Top 20. The video shot to #1 on VH-1 Country and was among CMT’s “Top 20 Sexiest Videos.”
In 2022 Seals signed with SM1 Music Group/Universal Music to release a brand-new musical project that he's been working on for years. Brady's first single, "I'd Really Love To See You Tonight" features John Ford Coley and Lua Crofts.
Talented and soulful vocalist Lua Crofts comes from the '70s era of rock royalty. The daughter of Dash Crofts of the hugely popular '70s duo Seals & Crofts, performers of such hits as “Summer Breeze”, “Get Closer”, and “Diamond Girl”, grew up in Los Angeles California right smack dab in the middle of the '70s and '80s music industry.
Deciding to follow in her father’s footsteps, her first experience as a session singer was at the tender age of 7 years old when she accompanied both her mother and father on a song that would
be featured on a popular children’s album. She would go on to become an in-demand session singer throughout the ’90s and early 2000’s in the Los Angeles area, singing background vocals on many popular R&B albums for artists like Rahsaan Patterson (MCA), Tevin Campbell (Qwest), Shanice Wilson (LaFace Records), Ray J (East West Records), Tamia Washington (Elektra Records) and many more. She was also featured on the smooth jazz track “Better Days” off of the legendary Producer/Guitar player Louie Shelton’s 1998 Jazz album “Hot & Spicy”.
For Parmalee, music has always been a family business. Joined by cousin Barry Knox and longtime friend Josh McSwain, the group began building an audience in North Carolina before moving to Nashville. Nominated for the ACM’s “New Vocal Group of the Year,” they stood out as something different: a tight-knit family band whose members played their own instruments, wrote their own hits, and created songs that didn’t just nod to Country music’s past, but helped shape its present, too.
A multinational, platinum-certified smash of a collaboration with TrailerTrap creator and “The Git Up” star, Blanco Brown, “Just the Way” topped the charts in 2021. The song mixed Parmalee’s sharp songwriting and vocal harmonies — both of which had fueled the band’s first No. 1 single, “Carolina,” as well as Top 10 hits like “Close Your Eyes” and “Already Callin’ You Mine” — with a modern message of self-love and individuality. A feel-good hit with more than 300 million streams, “Just the Way” helped lay the foundation for Parmalee’s newest album, For You.
Direct Support: Chase Wright
Chase Wright is doing more than make his childhood dreams come true: he’s introducing himself as a bold new Nashville artist with a freewheeling approach to genre, firm footing in relatable storytelling and soft spot for big choruses. Respect for country music’s way around a story without feeling beholden to it defines the Indiana native’s energetic songs, which rely on electric loops and pop-rock chords alongside more traditional sounds made from steel strings and wood. It’s a confident blend that belies the fact that 25-year-old Chase first picked up a guitar as a freshman track star at DePauw University. After graduating with a degree in economics, Chase packed his bags for Nashville, where he has since earned a publishing deal with Toby & Molly Music and signed with Morris Higham for management. Wright’s debut album Intertwined is available now.
