Chris and Dan Brubeck have been making music together practically all their lives. Drummer Dan and bassist, trombonist, and composer Chris cut their first record together in 1966—nearly a half century ago. They’ve subsequently played a variety of styles in a number of different groups, as well as with their father, jazz giant Dave Brubeck, and with their own Brubeck Brothers Quartet. With Dan and Chris as the foundation, guitarist Mike DeMicco and pianist Chuck Lamb, complete this dynamic quartet. They perform at concert series, colleges, and jazz festivals across North America and Europe including the Newport, Detroit, Montreal, Playboy/Hollywood Bowl, and Monterey Jazz Festivals. The Quartet’s last cd, LifeTimes was a hit on the Jazz Week radio chart where it made the Top Ten list as one of the most played jazz recordings of the year.

Each visionary performance of the award-winning Borromeo String Quartet strengthens and deepens its reputation as one of the most important ensembles of our time. Admired and sought after for both its fresh interpretations of the classical music canon and its championing of works by 20th and 21st century composers, the ensemble has been hailed for its “edge-of-the- seat performances,” by the Boston Globe, which called it “simply the best.” Inspiring audiences for more than 25 years, the Borromeo continues to be a pioneer in its use of technology and has the trailblazing distinction of being the first string quartet to utilize laptop computers on the concert stage. Reading music this way helps push artistic boundaries, allowing the artists to perform solely from 4-part scores and composers’ manuscripts, a revealing and metamorphic experience which these dedicated musicians now teach to students around the world.

“A Night of Patsy Cline with Juliette Angelo” has wowed full house audiences throughout Montana and Wyoming. If you love Patsy Cline, you won’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind show.
Unlike most tribute shows, “A Night of Patsy Cline” is a solo performance with Juliette Angelo and her guitar. Patsy Cline’s intimate melodies are stripped down to their very core, which allows her music’s storytelling, heartbreak, and soulfulness to shine through.
With a set list also including songs from some of the great ladies of the 50’s and 60’s, this show is a celebration for anyone who loves that era of music.
About Juliette Angelo:
Juliette Angelo is an actress, singer, and songwriter. You may recognize Juliette from her prominent roles as Emily Fornell on NCIS, Geneva on Shameless, and as Reba McEntire’s daughter June on ABC’s Malibu Country.
Born in Little Falls, New Jersey, Juliette spent her childhood performing in Manhattan on Broadway, in the shows How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the Tony Award winning Billy Elliot, and as Jane Banks in Mary Poppins.
Juliette’s first record, “Fields of Tennessee”, is available on streaming. Juliette is known for her intricate songwriting skills and abstract way of communicating her own emotions. Juliette draws creative inspiration from her childhood experiences, sobriety, and day to day life. Her two major influences are Patsy Cline and Mac Miller. She is a natural performer with a traditional Broadway background, and her voice holds a vintage quality that can only be described as timeless.
Juliette is based out of Billings, MT.
Jillian Nordberg (opener):
Jillian Nordberg is 15 year old singer, songwriter, and guitar player from Cody, Wyoming. Jillian has always gravitated towards classic country artists, falling in love with the music of Johnny Cash when she was just 3 years old. She started publicly performing and competing musically at the young age of 5 years old. She can be seen playing in local venues as well as opening for several visiting bands and solo artists.
Jillian draws inspiration from the artists she grew up listening to, such as Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, Alison Kraus, and Merle Haggard. Jillian has played in the company of local and Nashville songwriters and songwriting events. She is known for her own distinctive singing style and her original songs.
