All Pre-Orders, excluding the recital program, include shipping and tax and will be mailed or delivered directly to the customer. The program will be available at recital for pickup.

Although the downloaded option is most affordable, customers must have a solid, fast speed internet provider and a computer or device with enough space to download a 3 hour video in high definition for the downloaded option. Typically, this will be about 50GB or more. If you do not have access to these requirements, we recommend the DVD or thumbdrive option. The videographer and studio are not responsible if the download does not work due to lack of space or slow internet.
