From rocking big band jam tunes, choreography and feats of strength that need to be seen to be believed, MarchFourth entertains on every level every second they are on the stage…or off!” ~Live for Live Music
“From the first note to the last, the sound was pumping and the fun never stopped… It’s worth noting that there are serious musicians behind all the fun. It’s obvious these guys (and gals) have had lots of training and formal practice. Talented band geeks turned rebels.” ~USAToday

Artikal Sound System & Sensi Trails
Sunday August 8th
Early Show Doors 7:00pm Show 8:00pm
Artikal Sound System
Artikal Sound System is a reggae band based out of South Florida. Founded by Chris Montague (guitar) and Fabian Acuña (bass) in 2012, the band honed their chops backing a series of Caribbean singers. Along the way the boys picked up the insane and absurd keys player Christopher Cope and the heavy footed drummer Adam Kampf before finally trying something a little sonically different with their neighbor, female vocalist Logan Rex. After nearly a decade of playing together the boys sound tight and powerful, creating the perfect foundation for their jazz-influenced singer to dance around on lyrically and literally. What you hear is the sound of friendship, hard work, imagination and the hope to spread their message of love and the importance of having a good time. If you miss the band or wish to share your sweetness with them, don’t hesitate to reach out via call or text at 561-288-2977
Who is Sensi Trails

Adding a new layer of lush sound, they were soon joined by keyboardist Mike Root.
Honoring the sounds that inspired them, while mixing in fresh themes and styles, Sensi Trails is finishing their debut album. With the chemistry of catchy songs and infectious vibes, they travel the open road, on a quest to play and spread their music to the world.

The River Arkansas & Joshua Polaris
The River Arkansas
In the winter of 2014, Mike Clark penned a collection of songs about heartbreak, love, and escaping the clutches of day-to-day society. The following spring, Clark decided to make that collection into a record. By good fortune Macon Terry, a bass player and former member of the band Paper Bird, happened to be in the neighborhood the day the studio was booked for recording. Though Terry arrived not knowing any of the songs, what they captured was the beginning of something great. Later they would add Robin Chestnut on drums, Rachel Sliker on violin, and Benjamin Gallagher on piano. With the release their third studio album "Any Kind of Weather" the band has hit their stride, traveling the mid-west, south, and western United States as well as playing festivals all across Colorado, delivering their distinctive mixture of Country, Blues, Folk and Americana.

Liver Down the River
From the high mountain river-valley of Durango Colorado comes a six piece funk-adelic-grass band called Liver Down The River. The group has their roots in countless river floats, campfires, late night picking, and Colorado living. Since it’s creation in 2012, the band has strived to have nothing but a good time. Their unique sound and high energy performances have lead them to share the stage with the likes of the Kitchen Dwellers, Head for the Hills, Gipsy Moon, WhiteWater Ramble, Tony Furtado, and Bill Nershi to name a few.
The band got it’s start in 2012 when Patrick Storen and Emily Winter met and started playing music together. A few common fiddle tunes and Grateful Dead numbers later, the two were ready to perform. Searching for the missing link, they enlisted the help of funk master and bass player Derek Abt. In time, young ”river ridin’ flat-pickin” Dylan Ruckel joined on guitar and vocals. With the addition of drummer Carter Colia and banjo/keys and vocalist Tyler Rice, Liver Down the River was formed.
The music is a blend of original compositions and improvisational journeys that paint a picture for the listener. Each member brings their own inspirations and elements to the sound. From the high peaks of bluegrass, deepest pockets of the funk, and outer reaches of space, a unique genre of music is created. Inspiration comes from the band’s collective adventures, lessons of growing older, the following of the soul, and the ability to keep on moving on.
The quintet, formed in Longmont, CO, is comprised of Methiah Miller (bass, vocals), Jason Flinn (guitar, vocals), Stephen Hardt (keys, organ), Carter Burgess (guitar), and Tom Nelson (drums). The Buzz is a gradual accumulation of like-minded artists with a common goal: to create an experience that "moves" the listener in one way or another, and to share that experience with as many people as possible, as a collective.
The Buzz has grown to find Denver as a second home frequenting Your Moms House and headlining Globe Hall as well as Moe's Original BBQ on South Broadway. In the spring of 2021, they also had the opportunity to show Telluride, Colorado their stuff outside of the Sheridan Opera House. The Buzz has been featured on Denver area stream Camera Jams, Flower Hour Podcast, and Longmont endeavor Can You Dig It podcast.
In December of 2020 the band put the final touches on its debut LP "Release the Bees" featuring re-recorded tracks from their debut EP as well as newer tunes. It also features a violin sit in from band friend Alex Tocco of Ghost Town Drifters. The album was recorded at The Keep studio in Denver. This album dropped in February of 2021.
Immediately following the album announcement the band was happy to welcome new drummer Tom Nelson to the band. Individually, the artists are as passionate as they sound as a unit, even coming from scattered places to find each other in Colorado.
Marvel Years Bio
Cory Wythe, the producer and guitarist better known as Marvel Years, has found a welcome place for himself within the increasingly popular glitch-hop / electro-soul dance music scene. In just a short period of time, his progression has become outright impossible to ignore. Much more than your average DJ/producer, Marvel Years incorporates electric guitar in his live performances. His approach to blending electronic beats and shredding soulful guitar on his original tracks and remixes creates a sound that is a unique hybrid of EDM combing glitch, retro-funk, classic rock, soul, jazz and hip-hop. “Classic rock has been a huge influence on me,” Wythe explains. “I love breathing new life into those older songs. I think that’s a good medium for bringing new listeners into my music because they can relate to that stuff. I improvise (on live guitar) over a lot of my stuff.”
Follow Marvel Years official Spotify playlist #TurnItLoose here: http://spoti.fi/2uSHKNA
“If Vermont-based artist Marvel Years, AKA Cory Wythe, isn’t on your list of artists to watch yet, now is definitely the time to add him to it. The producer and live guitarist tastefully blends elements of classic rock, electronic, funk, jazz and more into soulful creations that exude energy with each release.” - ThisSongIsSick.com
“Cory Wythe does not have a ceiling when it comes to the art of remixing, as he is known for taking natural classics and turning them into burning supernovae that no human can fight the urge to let go and dance their asses off.” – The Untz
With a sound that is ever-changing and coined ‘signature,’ Maddy O’Neal glows amongst her fellow artists across the globe and stands out of the pack as truly remarkable. And that is just where she sets her aim -- for being ordinary is not in her DNA. Growing up with two wildly creative parents set the tone for Maddy’s life path, and soon her expression was formed by way of soulful melodic overtones, driven basslines, and glitched out hip hop grooves. “When you hear Maddy O’Neal, you know it’s Maddy O’Neal” and the more you get to know her, the more you realize this is something different.
Maddy O’Neal has played Electric Forest, Camp Bisco, Summer Camp, Summer Meltdown, Red Rocks (x2) and many more. Her touring resume is long and accomplished by supporting such artists as Pretty Lights, Big Gigantic, The Floozies, Cherub, SunSquabi, Manic Focus, Russ Liquid and so on.

JD Simo... The Chicago-born, now Nashville transplant is like a one-man crusade dedicated to keeping music real, raw, and honest. No matter the setting and no matter his role (whether it’s wingman or bandleader) J.D.’s presence infuses the situation of the moment with the music that’s been fueling him pretty much his whole life, spiced with influences that straddle both decades and dimensions. As a songwriter, guitarist, and producer he has worked with the likes of Jack White, Tommy Emmanuel, Luther Dickinson, Dave Cobb, Blackberry Smoke, and even been a member of Grateful Dead founder Phil Lesh' "Phil & Friends". Now he comes forth with his most unique, original and rawest effort yet… “Mind Trouble”. During lockdown in '20, he started cutting tracks in his makeshift studio on a weekly basis. Joined by longtime collaborator Adam Abrashoff on drums and the addition of longtime friend, bassist-producer-engineer Adam Bednarik (Justin Townes Earle), they mused a proverbial soup of shared influences.
Hill country trance blues of Junior Kimbrough, RL Burnside and Asie Payton. Hypnotic Afro Beat of Fela Kuti and Tony Allen. Psychedelic warps of Captain Beefheart, Funkadelic, and Jimi Hendrix. The old school blues of John Lee Hooker, Earl Hooker and Lightnin Hopkins. As well as the raw fuzzy rock of The Stooges and Nirvana. Mind Control is the product of 3 like minded buddies huddled in a humble setting, making music to make them feel good. The songs stark revealing nature, is the product of them using the creative process for therapy and enjoyment. Because they simply had to, for no other reason than they couldn’t not! They love it too much. A positive theme of growth, self help and struggles with addiction and mental health lay along side a haunting, low down musical landscape. It's raw, funky and real. Such is life.
GA-20: Blues music is revered for its timelessness. The best blues –no matter how old –sounds as fresh and visceral today as it did when first recorded. The high-energy electric blues trio GA-20 –guitarist Matt Stubbs, guitarist/vocalist Pat Faherty, and drummer Tim Carman –know this well. Since first forming in 2018, GA-20 has drawn inspiration for their primal, original music from late 1950s/early 1960s blues, R&B and rock ‘n’ roll. They use rare and vintage gear (including at times the famed Gibson GA-20 amplifier for which the band is named), creating powerfully raw, driving music that is at once traditional and refreshingly modern. The band’s dynamic self-penned songs sound and feel as fresh and real as the old blues they love and perform, including songs by Otis Rush, J.B. Lenoir, Howlin’ Wolf, Junior Wells and especially their favorite, Hound Dog Taylor. According to Stubbs, “Not enough people know just how cool Hound Dog Taylor was.”Legendary six-fingered Chicago bluesman Theodore Roosevelt “Hound Dog” Taylor always knew how he wanted to be remembered, declaring, “When I die they’ll say, ‘he couldn’t play shit, but he sure made it sound good!’” His first full length recording in 1971 was also the first album on now world-famous Alligator Records, Hound Dog Taylor & The HouseRockers. In fact, label president Bruce Iglauer founded Alligator for the sole purpose of recording and releasing that album. Fifty years later, Hound Dog Taylor & The HouseRockersis considered a classic of the genre, and Alligator boasts a catalog of over 350 blues and roots rock releases. With Taylor on wild slide guitar, Brewer Phillips picking out the bass notes on his beat-up Telecaster guitar, and Ted Harvey driving the beat at breakneck speed, the band –playing their second-hand instruments through third-hand amps –made a loud, fast and joyful noise.

Animas City Theatre Presents
El Ten Eleven
Tickets on sale Friday July 23rd at 10:00am at www.animascitytheatre.com
Experiencing an unexpected tragedy or loss often provokes a period of self-reflection, a time to contemplate one’s own place and purpose in the world. That was true for El Ten Eleven’s Kristian Dunn. When a beloved family member passed, Dunn found his own reflections on life emerging in the music he composed. Those expressions led to the creation of Tautology — a sonic meditation on the arc of human life, composed in three parts.
Over the course of three discs, Tautology is, in Dunn’s words, “a representation of life from the teenage years, through middle-age, until the end of life.” The sounds on the album echo Dunn’s own experiences, veering from aggressive metallic riffs to blissful ambient soundscapes. And while there are shared melodies and harmonies through all three records, each one has its own distinct qualities: Tautology I, which represents adolescence, is angsty, aggressive and occasionally depressive; Tautology II is head-noddy and mid-tempo, and represents middle age; while Tautology III, quiet and ambient, represents one’s golden years.
The music on the first disc, Tautology I, has a heavier sound that might surprise longtime El Ten Eleven fans. “I wanted to represent what my teenage years were like, when I was full of testosterone and depression,” says Dunn. “When you're a teenager everything feels so grandiose and dramatic.” The album’s second movement, Tautology II, reflects Dunn’s current state. “I'm middle-aged now, and this is the happiest I've ever been. I think that comes across in the music. This record is the one that sounds the most like the El Ten Eleven people are used to.” For the final chapter, Tautology III, Dunn composed a transcendent set of ethereal music inspired partly by the loss of a dear family member. “I don't know what it's like to be elderly. But my grandmother-in-law Frances McMaster was a very inspiring person. She died recently, and I was thinking about her a lot. She was really smart. She lived into her early nineties and she wrote her fourth book when she was eighty-eight. I'd like to be like her if I make it to that age.”
Tautology is not a typical rock album, and El Ten Eleven are not a typical rock band. For seventeen years the instrumental duo of Dunn (bass/guitar) and Tim Fogarty (drums) have flourished outside the accepted norms of rock orthodoxy, releasing eight full length albums and four EPs, and performing over 750 live shows. Utilizing inventive arrangements and a masterful use of looping, El Ten Eleven create a sound much bigger than the sum of its parts. Most first-timers to an El Ten Eleven show are stunned that the band is a duo. It’s a refreshing sight and a palette whose boundaries the band have explored for unexpected additions to their sound. Tautology finds Dunn and Fogarty pushing this sound
