"Electric" is just one way of describing America's #1 show band: The Voltage Brothers. Performing top hits from every genre, The Voltage Brothers' repertoire consists of your favorite R&B, swing, Carolina beach music, disco, funk, hip hop, jazz, Motown, pop, and even classic rock hits. The Voltage Brothers have traveled the world with the Kool Jazz Festival and appeared with renowned artists including: Frank Sinatra, The Temptations, The Commodores, The O'Jays, Kool & The Gang, Gladys Knight and the Pips, and Earth, Wind, & Fire. They performed at nine straight Super Bowls from 1991 to 1999. They have been headliners at the annual Willie Stargell Foundation Fundraiser since 2015. Additionally, they were special guest artists at the 1993 President's Dinner in Washington, D.C., the Presidential Inaugurations of 2000, 2004, 2013, and 2017. As well as the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. From the White House to your house, The Voltage Brothers' ultimate goal is to deliver an outstanding performance.

BRUBECK BROTHERS QUARTET

Chris and Dan Brubeck have been making music together practically all their lives. Drummer Dan and bassist, trombonist, and composer Chris cut their first record together in 1966—nearly a half century ago. They’ve subsequently played a variety of styles in a number of different groups, as well as with their father, jazz giant Dave Brubeck, and with their own Brubeck Brothers Quartet. With Dan and Chris as the foundation, guitarist Mike DeMicco and pianist Chuck Lamb, complete this dynamic quartet. They perform at concert series, colleges, and jazz festivals across North America and Europe including the Newport, Detroit, Montreal, Playboy/Hollywood Bowl, and Monterey Jazz Festivals. The Quartet’s last cd, LifeTimes was a hit on the Jazz Week radio chart where it made the Top Ten list as one of the most played jazz recordings of the year.

The depths of the Texas blues tradition with the wit of a poet. She hits the stage with an unmatched presence, a true legend in her time.

She’d grown up the child of a singer in a band and began playing her mother’s vintage Martin guitar when other girls were dressing dolls. She’d gone from being the teenage toast of her hometown Houston to sleeping in her van in Austin amid heaps of critical acclaim for excellent recordings.

Along with the guitar and the multitude of other instruments she learned to play – trumpet, accordion, piano, mandolin, lap steel – Wonderland’s ability to whistle remains most unusual. Whistling is a uniquely vocal art seldom invoked in modern music, yet it’s among the most spectacular talents the human voice possesses.

That vocal proficiency was well-established in the singer’s midteens, landing her gigs at Fitzgerald’s by age 15. She absorbed Houston influences like Little Screamin’ Kenny, Albert Collins, Lavelle White, Jerry Lightfoot, Joe “Guitar” Hughes, Little Joe Washington, “borrowed” a car to sneak out and jam ended up swapping songs with Townes Van Zandt at Houston’s Local’s on White Oak, got involved in the underground theater scene becoming the first “Photochick” in Jason Nodler’s “In the Under Thunderloo” and soaked up touring bands like the Paladins, Los Lobos, and the Mad Hatter of Texas music, Doug Sahm. Her music played in television series such as “Time of Your Life” and NBC’s “Homicide.” The Lone Star State was as credible a proving ground for blues in the 1980s and 90s as existed, especially in Austin with Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble, the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Angela Strehli, Omar & the Howlers, and Lou Ann Barton all in their prime. By the following decade, Austin’s blues luster thinned, but Houston, always a bastion of soul and R&B, boasted the Imperial Monkeys with the effervescent Carolyn Wonderland as ruler of the jungle.

His first outing with producer and songwriter partner Adam Hawley, the album finds Cole taking the opportunity of this fresh start to approach his music with the open mind of a beginner and the confidence of a veteran at the top of his game.

The album is chock full of memorable melodies that could be easily retooled as hits for the likes of the Commodores or Earth, Wind & Fire. In a sense, that brings Cole full circle to some of his earliest musical experiences.

“That's how I learned to play,” he recalls. “When I was just starting out as a kid, I would turn on pop radio and play along, adding sax solos to songs that didn't have them. I still connect with that music on a fundamental level, and I hope that comes through on every record that I make. and has never looked back. “As long as I'm alive and well,” declares the Grammy nominated pianist, “I hope to
write and perform as long as possible.” Unbound by categories and rules, the trailblazer has built an enviable
four-decade career drawing inspiration from his vast influences which have included jazz, comics, film,
Broadway, symphonies and more. From endearing fans with his magical soundtracks for the Peanuts television
movies, to garnering over 20 chart-topping radio hits and scoring music for films produced by Clint Eastwood
and Sally Field and soap opera themes like “All My Children,” David Benoit IS music. His free-spirited approach
has allowed him to collaborate with such diverse artists as The Rippingtons, Faith Hill, David Sanborn and CeCe
Winans, among numerous others. Benoit, who leads his own Pacific Vision Youth Symphony (the orchestra he

residence in Saratoga, CA and I was looking for something unique to do,” reflects Benoit who hosts the morning

record. I initially started arranging on my computer but the greatest thrill was hearing the playback with the real
players in the big band when the project progressed. Wow! It was one of the most exciting sessions I've done in
many years.”

A classy Father's Day evening with Billboard jazz pianist Gino Rosaria featuring Soul Vocalist Shemaine Fox.

GINO ROSARIA

Gino Rosaria, born and raised in Curaçao and now residing in Florida, has made his debut into the contemporary jazz scene with a billboard charting album “Still Waters Run Deep”. His CD release was a sold out show which left the crowd asking for more! Gino has won several competitions and awards such as the Akademia Music Award for best Funk/Fusion with his Groove Symphony project. Gino has also performed numerous times on national television and on major jazz festivals. In 2023, Gino was inducted into the Akademia Hall of Fame in Los Angeles.

Gino’s music is charting on many charts, such the Top 20 Billboard chart and the Smooth Jazz Network charts, and can be heard on jazz stations all over the world, including Sirius XM Radio and iHeart Radio. Gino has performed at many jazz festivals and jazz venues all over the USA, Caribbean, and Europe.

“I knew it was time for me to step out as a solo artist. I’ve been putting it off for a long time and playing with other artists. I have some good material to release to the world. Because of my Caribbean and Latin roots, I think I have something special to offer musically. I don’t know how to explain it except by showing it through my music. Born in early 2019, House of Funk was conceived by Charlotte guitarist Stefan Kallander as a monthly night for the funk lovers of the Queen City where hips could move to the sounds of funk classics and deep cuts. The band features some of Charlotte’s finest musicians: Courtney Gibson, Jesse Lamar Williams, Zach Wheeler, Braxton Bateman, Simon George, and Stefan Kallander, in addition to monthly sit ins and features of other stunning artists from the deep well of Charlotte Funk. The series began to grow throughout the next year until our favorite runt cousin Covid 19 took center stage. But now House of Funk is back!
