Tickets are $13.00 each online (fees and tax included) and $16.00 each at the gate (via QR code, credit/debit only; fees and tax included). Save $3 when you buy in advance online! Children 4 and under admitted free, no ticket required. Tickets will be valid for specific days. Please verify your date when purchasing tickets. Tickets are non-refundable.

Kickoff to Summer at the Fair is four days of getting together with your family and friends to hang out with food, brews, music, shopping and fun stuff to do at the beautiful and iconic State Fairgrounds – in May! Tickets are limited for each date. Event goes on rain or shine.

When you purchase your tickets, select a day to attend. Your ticket will only allow entrance during the day you select when making your purchase. To buy tickets for more than one day (up to the limit of 12 total tickets), complete a separate transaction for each day.

Event schedule is:
-Thursday, May 23: 4:00-9:00 p.m.
-Friday, May 24: 4:00-9:00 p.m.
-Saturday, May 25: 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
-Sunday, May 26: 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Ticket holder agrees to comply with all Minnesota State Fair policies and protocols (including health, safety and security) in place at the time of the 2024 Kickoff to Summer, and acknowledges that policies and protocols may be updated between time of ticket purchase and the event, as the State Fair finalizes its 2024 Kickoff to Summer plans. If the 2024 Kickoff to Summer is canceled, Etix will automatically issue a refund to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. This event is rain or shine.
