Fly Fusion magazine, in association with the International Fly Fishing Film Festival, is excited to announce Fly Fusion’s Trout Tour. The tour, a premium fly-fishing film event, will showcase “trouty” films from the industry’s finest award-winning filmmakers. Join Fly Fusion and friends as we celebrate our 20th anniversary, trout, conservation and the fly-fishing community.The Redding, CA Premiere of Fly Fusion’s Trout Tour will be presented by Shasta Trinity Cascades Chapter of Trout Unlimited.Fly Fusion’s Trout Tour, presented by Scientific Anglers, Skwala, St. Croix and Yeti, is a well-formed excuse to get together with angling friends while watching an epic collection of fly-fishing films from Gilbert Rowley, Phil Tuttle, The Braker Bros, Todd Moen, RA Beattie and Fly Fusion Films. Premiering in Sundance on March 15, the films will travel to twenty-five trout towns. Limited cities, limited tickets and monster trout. The original VIP package purchaser must show their ID at VIP check-in to redeem package elements and for their party to be admitted into the VIP activities.

Like other grand works of public art, Santiago Calatrava's Sundial Bridge at Turtle Bay has generated both awe and opposition - and changed the image of the town of Redding. On July 4th, 2004, the $23 million pedestrian bridge opened to the public, a gift of the McConnell Foundation to the community. Angle of Inspiration documents the process of turning an architect's vision into a one-of-a-kind bridge, and the process of creating a new center of town: connecting the two sides of the river, and stirring the passions of every resident. An interview with Calatrava, the architect of the train station at Ground Zero and the Olympic Village in Athens, anchors the documentary. Jill Eikenberry (LA Law) narrates. Original music by Jon Herbst.
Come join us as we celebrate 20 years of the Sundial Bridge and the Cascade Theatre! The showing of Angle of Inspiration was one of the first events held at the newly restored art deco masterpiece, Redding's Historic Cascade Theatre.
