Hallelujah! “Messiah” is back this season! This December, celebrate Christmas with Handel’s beloved oratorio, “Messiah,” which continues to be one of our most popular programs. This year features the Lubbock Chamber Orchestra, led by Dr. Eric Allen.

Featuring Brahms’s brooding “Piano Concerto No. 1,” this technical tour de force demands skill and emotional depth from pianist Adam Golka. Accompanied by Tchaikovsky’s passionate “Symphony No. 3,” both will captivate you with their world of beauty that they uniquely capture.

The Lubbock Chamber Orchestra, led by Dr. Eric Allen, guides us through an exciting concert celebrating the works of siblings Fanny and Felix Mendelssohn. Leading into the iconic “Italian Symphony” is Italian composer Domenico Dragonetti’s “Concerto for Double Bass,” featuring Mark Morton.
