Hailed as witty and wildly romantic and with a beautiful, lush score by Stephen Sondheim, A Little Night Music explores the tangled web of affairs of several upper middle-class couples in Sweden at the turn of the century. Set in a weekend country house on the longest night of the year, old passions are rekindled, surprising liaisons develop and love’s endless possibilities are discovered during an evening of romantic musical chairs. Featuring the classic song “Send in the Clowns,” A Little Night Music is a story of love, nostalgia, regret and the magic of music on a summer’s night.
Music and Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim
Book by Hugh Wheeler
Directed by Andrew JM Regiec
