Vanessa Carlton w/ Jenny O.

On Thursday December 17, 2015, Vanessa Carlton took the stage in front of a packed audience at 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville, TN for the final date of the year's "Liberman" Tour.

At that moment, she'll candidly admit that countless thoughts swirled around in her head-"I was feeling pretty emotional about how far I've come." Here, the singer and songwriter was back in her new home of Nashville, TN surrounded by family and fans, 15 years into an illustrious career, and supporting her most acclaimed work to date, Liberman. Just two months earlier, the album arrived to unanimous critical praise from Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, Boston Globe, Nylon, Paste, Esquire, and many more in addition to Pitchfork who claimed, "A million years ago, Vanessa Carlton released 'A Thousand Miles,' the pop song that launched a generation of piano lessons. Now, she''s releasing the raw, muted, refreshingly weird Liberman, a record that could share headspaces with Perfume Genius or Angel Olsen."

The Expendables - Winter Blackout Tour w/ Artikal Sound System, Of Good Nature

The Expendables enjoyed a laid-back lifestyle growing up in Santa Cruz, CA; surfing, skating, partying, and playing music were commonplace. Since 1997, The Expendables have staked their claim in the California surf/rock genre by headlining venues from coast to coast. Blending Reggae, Punk Rock, and 80s style dueling guitar solos, The Expendables have made heads turn and floors shake for years.

The band consists of four longtime friends: Geoff Weers (Guitar and Vocals), Adam Patterson (Drums and Vocals), Raul Bianchi (Lead Guitar) and Ryan DeMars (Bass). The first seven years of their career was fueled with three full-length, completely independent releases. No Time To Worry (2000), Open Container (2001), and Gettin' Filthy (2004), would bring in a combined total of over 40,000 units sold with no physical distribution and no record label.

The Cactus Blossoms w/ The Still Tide - Presented by 105.5 the Colorado Sound

Blood Harmony. Whether it's The Beach Boys, Bee Gees or First Aid Kit, that sibling vocal blend is the secret sauce in some of the most spine-tingling moments in popular music. The Cactus Blossoms - Minneapolis-based brothers Page Burkum and Jack Torrey - offer compelling evidence that this tradition is alive and well, with a deceptively unadorned musical approach that offers "creative turns of phrase, gorgeous harmonies, and an ageless sound" (NPR All Things Considered), not to mention spine tingles aplenty. Their 2016 debut You're Dreaming, a stunning and transporting collection of original songs, earned high praise from Rolling Stone and Vice Noisey, tour stints with Kacey Musgraves and Lucius, and a perfectly cast performance on the third season of David Lynch's Twin Peaks. Now their unlikely rise continues with new album Easy Way, to be released on their own label Walkie Talkie Records.

While many bands would have been content to stick with the winning formula of their debut, the Blossoms refused to repeat themselves. If You're Dreaming celebrated their vintage country and rock influences, Easy Way reveals a songwriting style that has changed, evolved, and gotten more modern. Dan Auerbach, another artist who knows from bedrock influences, co-wrote two songs on the album. "Dan's love for songwriting was inspiring, just the kick in the pants we needed to start writing again after being on the road," says Page.

The brothers' decision to produce the new album themselves no doubt led to the new sound. "We wanted the freedom to experiment with our own weird ideas," says Jack, "We used to joke that the working title album should be Expensive Demos." As they crisscrossed the nation on tour, the brothers would stop through Alex Hall's Reliable Recorders studio in Chicago to chase the new sound they were after. The result joins together what would otherwise be distant corners of the American songbook. Both the traditional twang of Chicago pedal steel guitarist Joel Paterson (Devil in a Woodpile, The Western Elstons) and the primal wail of free jazz saxophonist Michael Lewis (Bon Iver, Andrew Bird) are at home on the album. Just as they did with their debut, the brothers found a voice all their own.

Hey y'all... In light of the coronavirus and all that it entails (including MIA toilet paper), I'm sad to announce changes to my upcoming March, April and May dates. But, we will be back in action when wellness and paper products are restored. Seriously, though y'all, safety first. And, we are doing our utmost to protect everyone in this time.

I will also be updating the events portion of my website to keep all ticket buyers informed.

I can't wait to be back on the road after this coronavirus thing! If you think I'll miss seeing your pretty faces at some point... nope, I ain't doin' it ;)

P.S. If you have some extra time at home on your hands, might I recommend my I Ain't Doin' It Video Championship - it complies with the social distancing rules, too.

Show at 8pm (Doors at 7pm)
Heather Land

Look a'here, I had no plans to become a comedienne. Tennessee raised me to be a musician, but my divorce raised me to be really sarcastic. Top it off with a Snapchat filter and what you have is pure hilarity that, on a dare, was posted to social media and now has been viewed more than 300 million times. What people call a "viral phenomenon," I like to call real-life preservation. Now I have a website, a new album, a tour bus, and a book. Welcome to it all!

From failed diets to dating in my 40s, I have seen it all and I have the airbrushed T-shirts to prove it. The challenges in my life (and in the aisles of Walmart) have provided stories that will have you belly laughing - especially from the time I moved back in with my parents as a grown woman with two children. In September 2017, I had about three friends on Facebook and now all of you crazy people are the center of my universe - 2.4 million to be exact. I love what I get to call a job everyday: finding the funny in the frustrating and reminding us all to laugh at ourselves.

I love my people, good coffee, boho clothes, good music, and Joanna Gaines. When I am not traveling for "i ain't doin it" shows, you can find me at home outside of Nashville, Tennessee writing music, homeschooling two amazing teenagers (who shall remain nameless because they are embarrassed by the air I breathe), and launching my new book, which is available now.

Show at 8pm (Doors at 7:30pm)
William Clark Green w/ Austin Meade

With two critically esteemed album releases already under his belt, William Clark Green is back and this time it is getting personal. Give Green a pen and paper and he is a lyrical force to be reckoned with. On his critically acclaimed third release, Rose Queen, he is puts it all on the line and makes absolutely no apologies. "Songwriting is reality. People are scared to put reality on paper, but this is 10 times more reality than my past work," he explains bluntly. The past few years have been consumed with Green touring heavily in the booming Texas scene and persistently writing a plethora of songs that are pulled from true to life experiences. Green has adamantly pushed his boundaries as a writer revealing, "Songwriting is exactly what is in your heart, in my opinion, it is not about writing a hit. It is about revealing your heart and your feelings on the paper."

The music on Rose Queen ranges from the familiar Cajan flare he is known for on "Let's Go" to the highly reflective and introspective "Welcome to the Family." In the candidly honest lead single, "It's About Time," Will tackles the harsh reality that a significant relationship must end. He explains, "I think the new record will connect with a certain demographic of people who have been effected by something in their lives and therefore can identify with my stories."

Not only has Green raised the bar with his seasoned writing and musicianship, he also enlisted a team of powerhouses to mold his full package of artistry. Music industry veteran Rachel Loy was recruited to undertake producing the new record. Green declares, "I was sold on her in just 30 minutes. She installs confidence and challenges me to be better." Also, in the last year he signed with new management, 415 Entertainment, as well as landed a booking deal with Nashville's Paradigm Agency. For the first time, Green embraced the nature of co-writing and included 4 tracks of co-writes on the new album.

William Clark Green is definitely no stranger to the music scene; he knew at the ripe age of 13 that he would embrace his passion and work vigorously in order to make a name for himself. As a 7th grader with substantial ambition, he began receiving guitar lessons and spending free time with his cousin writing music and bouncing ideas off of one another. Green draws inspiration from his personal musical hero Willis Allan Ramsey, as well as his father who Green has fond memories of with a guitar in hand.

While attending college at Texas Tech University, Green played for a live audience whenever he could and steadily gained notoriety on the Texas music scene. He credits the Blue Light in Lubbock as his unofficial home, where he spent many nights honing on his craft and gaining a loyal army of followers.

Rose Queen has already marked a number of milestones for the young storyteller. The debut single, "It's About Time", was welcomed at radio with open arms and earned William's first Top Ten song on Texas Radio. The momentum did not stop there as his follow up single, "She Likes The Beatles," recently scored the #1 position on both the Texas Music Chart (TMC) and the Texas Regional Radio Report (TRRR) in seemingly the blink of an eye. At this rate, the sky is the limit as everyone waits to see what William Clark Green has up his sleeve next. The full album released on April 30, 2013.
