The Art Theater in Hobart, Indiana opened August 27, 1941. Opening day movie was “One Night in Lisbon” with Fred MacMurray. The Art Theater remains open today. It is a great little movie theater in downtown Hobart. It shows many first run movies with reasonable prices for the tickets and concessions. It's an old fashioned movie theater with lots of ambiance.
