Emerging from the Air Capital of the World, Big Red Horse is a rock band deeply rooted in the blues.
Big Red Horse started playing shows in their hometown of Wichita, KS in 2014, quickly gaining a momentum and a loyal fan base. They have had the opportunity of performing with bands like Quiet Riot, Reel Big Fish, Lionize, Charles Bradley, Tesla, The Delta Saints, American Sharks, Lita Ford, The Suffers, and The Monophonics.
They released their self titled EP in August, 2015, and the band is in the studio currently finishing their full length album to be released in the spring of 2019!
Big Red Horse is a band with the advantage of each individuals 25+ years in the music industry. Vocalist Nikki Stockham, a solo acoustic artist as well as front woman for Big Red Horse, got her start early on recording with Sterling Winfield who is famous for his work with Pantera, Damageplan and Erykah Badu.
Saxophone player Anthony Rubio brings multiple levels of talent and creativity. Emily Mudra, trumpet, is also a singer and guitar player. Jagger Dobosz is the bands keys player, rhythm guitarist, auxiliary percussionist, and sings backup vocals. The experience that the bassist, Travis Tennyson, guitar genius, Zac Harrington and drummer, Nathan Roy bring from touring and playing in bands, make this 7 piece rock band from Kansas road ready, and ready to rock.
