PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
Fitting every bit the part of the man in black, Carter Winter is country music’s modern traditionalist. Singing heartfelt and relatable songs landscaping heartbreak and the American dream poured over ice, the singer/songwriter from rural Ohio has seen firsthand the effects of connecting with an audience through a fresh sound that like Carter himself, is surprisingly familiar, yet raw and honest. From behind his guitar and sleeves of tattoos, Carter began playing local bars around his hometown and quickly grew an incredible fan base of loyal listeners from California to the Carolinas. First well-known for his cover songs of artists that inspired him early on (Garth Brooks, George Strait), Carter’s ability to take three chords and his own truth and deliver a compelling live performance has contributed to the incredible success of Some Kind of Fire, his first independent six-song release. With his rich, traditional country vocal and compelling live performance, Carter has gained recognition from some of the biggest names in country music and shared the stage with artists such as Sam Hunt, Chase Rice and Travis Tritt. Recently completing his second studio album with multi Grammy Award-winning producer Chad Carlson (Taylor Swift, Chase Rice, Cole Swindell) and producer Mark Bright (Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts), Carter Winter’s sophomore release The Whiskey In Me makes a solid entry into country music that firmly establishes his bad boy brand as a natural force in country music.

Austin Burke has been swinging for the fences since childhood. At age three, he fearlessly sang the national anthem for not one but two major league franchises in his hometown of Phoenix – the Diamondbacks and the Suns.

An avid fan of both baseball and music, Burke experienced the thrill of a lifetime when he met his musical hero, Garth Brooks, at a San Diego Padres spring training game. The chance meeting led to an invitation to cover “Friends in Low Places” on The Rosie O’Donnell Show, where Austin told Rosie he dreamt of becoming a “singing baseball player.”

PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
If you build it, they will come. This might be the mantra of one of the greatest baseball movies of all time, ‘”Field Of Dreams,” but it’s also a pretty accurate description of the career of Texas music sensation Casey Donahew.

The Burleson native, (with the help of his wife Melinda,) has painstakingly carved out an impressive niche for himself on the country music scene over the past decade, attracting a solid base of loyal fans who flock to his legendary live shows. Building his career from the ground up one show at a time, he’s managed to perform on countless stages night after night in front of thousands, topped the Texas music charts several times, released four albums independently to critical acclaim, and forged a path all his own through the music scene without the aid or muscle of a major record label or power-suit management company. And the release of his latest CD, “Double Wide Dream,” may just push him to heights he never could have imagined when he first plugged in on stage at the Thirsty Armadillo bar back in Fort Worth’s Stockyards in the Fall of 2002, and began constructing his own field of musical dreams.

Country Artists Jon Stone and Kristy Osmunson form the new country duo American Young.

American Young. It’s more than a name. It’s a movement. A passion for music and more importantly it’s meaning. As artists, songsmiths, producers, and entertainers, Jon Stone and Kristy Osmunson define American Young this way. They are seasoned veterans on how music can inherently affect emotion and even culture. The collaborative fresh new duo already claim songwriting credits for hit makers Kenny Chesney, Lee Brice, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton and more. Recording and writing comes from a deep, poignant place with a desire to affect global audiences with songs featuring tight harmonies and storytelling. “American Young represents a sound with no boundaries. We are squarely focused on delivering our own brand of music and hope that folks will find our songs everything from haunting to dramatic and intense”, says Jon.

Lewis Brice

With a sound rooted at the intersection of country, southern rock, and R&B, Lewis Brice comes at you with high-energy stories; sounds that catch the ear and make you want to move. Born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina, he grew up singing in church choir and praise bands. Lewis eventually moved to Charleston, where he began performing his first live shows and presenting his own music to a new crowd.

Throughout the course of his career Sundance Head has written and recorded with the likes of ZZ Top, been a top finisher on not one, but two major network talent competitions, had three Number 1 songs on the Texas Music charts, has been singing his entire life and toured with some of the top artists in the business. But his latest accomplishment, his brand new album, STAINED GLASS AND NEON, produced by iconic songwriter and artist Dean Dillon, may just be his most outstanding achievement yet.

The two found common ground when they first met at a Houston Rodeo week performance, and struck up a friendship. “Dean was in a hallway tuning his guitar. I really didn’t know anything about him, I just thought to myself, ‘this dude looks really cool and he has a bad-ass guitar and we are playing a show together.’ It was really fortunate for me to meet him this way I think, because I wasn’t one of those people who wanted something from him. I think that’s one of the reasons we became friends,” says Sundance.

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire — and with New Smoke Show, country artist Kimberly Dunn is ready to ignite.

The 11-track album, produced by Grammy Award winner Chad Carlson (Taylor Swift, Trisha Yearwood), should mark Dunn’s explosion into mainstream music, after several years of burning up the charts in her native Texas.

“Forever on the Run, my first full-length record, was a road map of where I’ve been and who I was when those songs were written. I would say the new music is definitely the direction I’m going in,” Dunn says. “It’s all about the live show and all about having fun with the audience. I want to make sure that we keep the energy up so everyone has the potential to have as much fun as possible at my show!”

"I grew up on 80's hair metal," Alex Williams says with a laugh. "My dad listened to Cinderella and Ratt, so that was my musical upbringing until I was about 16. That's when my grandparents played me 'Dreaming My Dreams' by Waylon Jennings and 'Red Headed Stranger' by Willie Nelson."
It would be hard to overstate the importance of those records on Alex Williams' life. After hearing them, he traded in his electric guitar for an acoustic, dove deep into classic country music, and, most importantly, began writing his own songs. Roughly a decade later, Williams is releasing his debut album, 'Better Than Myself,' and much like Willie and Waylon, he's doing it on his own terms.

"It seems like there's a lot of people out there just trying to get through the day," reflects Williams. "They're working a job they don't love or following somebody else's dreams just because it's safe and it keeps them comfortable. I didn't want to be like that."

'Better Than Myself' is a distant cry from the sugary pop hybrids currently dominating country radio airwaves, and as far as Williams is concerned, that's a good thing. He's part of a new breed of upstart outsiders, writing music that at once sounds both modern and traditional, channeling the raw, authentic sound that's made stars out of outlaw singers and red dirt rockers. His live show is a force to be reckoned with, earning him dates with everyone from Lynyrd Skynyrd to Hank Williams, Jr., but he's equally at home in the studio. Fat, twangy guitar tones, honky-tonk pianos, and swirling pedal steel lay the framework for Williams' blend of vintage country and southern rock, and his lived-in baritone breathes genuine life and depth into his based-on-a-true-story brand of songwriting.

Soon enough, Brodie formed and fronted a southern rock band and had the good fortune of touring the country opening up for big artists in front of sold out arenas. His band even charted on Billboard. With his southern rock roots, Brodie returned to what he loved the most, country music.

Born and raised in the heart of the Midwest Lee Gantt is a singer/songwriter from Columbus, OH. Growing up just 10 miles from one of the largest universities in the country Lee cut his teeth playing in clubs while attending college at The Ohio State University. The unique blend of old-style country lyrics and new school country melodies are hallmarks of the Lee Gantt sound. Gritty, heartfelt lyrics with powerful driving melodies help to fortify the deep connection Lee has with his fans.
Lee developed his style from a variety of influences including Jason Aldean, Garth Brooks, Eric Church, and Conway Twitty but primarily credits Kenny Chesney for inspiring him to become the writer and performer he is today. “The Way Kenny can tell a story and describe a scene you can almost close your eyes and imagine yourself there in that moment,” says Gantt. Chesney inspired him to become a writer and performer who cannot only invoke emotion but help the listener to cope with the harsh realities of life, love, and coming of age.
