Portland's premier Beatles experience The Nowhere Band has been an anchor of the Alberta Rose Theatre for nearly a decade. In addition to the annual 9-show run of the White Album Xmas each December, the band has also performed Sgt Pepper and Abbey Road in their entirety (the most recent 4-night run of Abbey Road was cancelled in April). The band has also performed The Who's "Tommy" as well as many other late 60's material. The Nowhere Band normally consists of 18 members (including horns, strings, and in the case of Sgt Pepper harp, tablas, and sitar). Due to spacial restrictions the upcoming June 13 live stream show the band will feature the eight core members (John Averill, Sarah King and Jason Wells on vocals, Carl Solovox on keyboards, Chet Lyster and David Langenes on guitar, Arthur Parker on bass, and Ryan Moore on drums), and the set will draw from the latter half of the Beatle's catalog. Timeless music from Liverpool to your living room by way of the Albterta Rose stage, please enjoy this very special performance!
