FAMILY WORKSHOPS
SEEC's workshops offer a variety of hands-on experiences that introduce young children to concepts in engaging ways. Each class begins with playful classroom activities that are intentionally chosen to support your child's development. The learning continues when the class moves into a museum where children and parents are encouraged to learn and explore together as a family.


CLASS DESCRIPTION
Families will uncover the mysteries of African masks and masquerades. This class will feature a trip to the National Museum of African Art where we will look at masks and gain a deeper understanding of how they're used in several African cultures.
Museum visit to the National Museum of African Art.


Age Range: 3 - 5 years

Program begins at the National Museum of Natural History, Constitution Avenue Lobby.
