Pardyalone (born as Kalvin Tyler Beal) is a Minnesota-born hip-hop artist with big dreams full of harmonic beats, silvery vocals, and emotional prowess. A 23-year-old lifelong artist, music became a salvation for Pardyalone after his parent's divorce and heartbreak, leaving him looking for an opportunity to “get uncomfortable.” After finding solace in music, Pardyalone began releasing tracks on Soundcloud and TikTok. Having garnered a fanbase nearing 700k followers on TikTok and millions of views, tracks like “Sincerely, F*ck You”, “Cupid”, and most notably “Not a Home'' have cultivated a mass audience of monthly listeners on Spotify. Synthesizer tones are regularly featured on songs like “Addict” and “Inside Out”. At the same time, Pardyalone utilizes piano and soft guitar melodies on “Vampire,” “White Roses,” and “Mission” showcasing his versatility and depth.

He weaves his inspirations Bon Iver, Rage Against The Machine, and Lauryn Hill in his lyrics encompassing addiction, love, and heartbreak. Citing how “anxiety and depression isn’t a thing that just goes away, it’s going to be constant,” Pardyalone works through his hardships by “writing about it in different perspectives.” For fans of Kid Laroi, Post Malone, and Juice Wrld, Pardyalone is a rising star who hits their wave of creativity with ease.

Pardyalone combines his artistic talents from skateboarding, photography, graphic design, and self-expression to the forefront of his tracks along with his humble upbringing: “I didn’t grow up in the streets,” Pardyalone said. “I went through pessimistic shit and self-inflicted trauma.” Using TikTok to “be a better human,” fans have gravitated to Pardyalone’s velvety vocal fry, heavy cadence, and relatable disposition.

The future holds more for Pardyalone like a debut record along with “a lot of diversity” in his music, the likes of rock, pop, and explorative sounds which will be “an opportunity [to show] that I don’t just make sad music,” Pardyalone said. With powerful lyrics and punchy hooks, Pardyalone presents a world where it’s okay to “listen and feel” as the next track begins.

    This show is sold out.

Columbia Records NY/Sony Music Nashville artist-songwriter Alana Springsteen is TWENTY SOMETHING. Making her anticipated debut as a three-part album, her first installment, TWENTY SOMETHING: Messing It Up, delivers a bold introduction with “you don’t deserve a country song.” Hailed by Billboard as possessing “a classic female voice packed with angst and determination,” E! News praises “one of Nashville's most buzzworthy emerging artists,” as PEOPLE applauds Springsteen as representing “the future of country music.” Quickly nearing 100 MILLION streams, the 22-year-old is among the Class of 2023 for CMT’s Next Women of Country and MusicRow’s Next Big Thing; a Celebrity Ambassador for the Ryan Seacrest Foundation; and previously named a Country Artist to Watch by Pandora. Next supporting Adam Doleac’s ‘BARSTOOL WHISKEY WONDERLAND’ TOUR, she’s appeared at the Grand Ole Opry and has already been spotted on the road with Mitchell Tenpenny and LANY.

Based in Nashville but raised in Colorado, Sophia Scott has blazed her own bold trail to Country stardom. With a rare gift for raw yet exquisitely detailed storytelling — and a one-of-a-kind sound infused with elements of Southern Rock, Pop, R&B, and Soul — the singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist has amassed over 92 MILLION career streams and drawn nearly ONE MILLION monthly listeners to date. Growing up in Boulder, she took up piano and guitar as a child and soon started composing songs of her own, then further developed her unforgettably candid songwriting voice upon kicking off her music career in Los Angeles. During her six years in L.A., Scott found early success with singles like 2018’s “White Fence” and 2019’s “Drink Too Much Wine” (both featured on coveted playlists like Spotify’s New Music Friday), but ultimately relocated to Nashville and immersed herself in sharpening her craft. A breakthrough year for Scott, 2021 brought such triumphs as opening for the Jonas Brothers, landing on an artists-to-watch list from People, and inking her record deal with EMPIRE Nashville. The fast-rising artist maintained that momentum throughout 2022, when she delivered her widely acclaimed debut EP One Of These Days — a six-song project that earned praise from American Songwriter, E! News, Entertainment Tonight, and CMT (who stated that “Nashville newcomer Sophia Scott proves she has a bright future ahead in the genre”) and explored such complex subjects as watching her loved ones struggle with addiction (on the fan-favorite “Side Effects”). Along with signing a global publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music and Ross Golan’s Unknown Music Publishing in 2022, Scott's debut album BARSTOOL CONFESSIONS is out now, via EMPIRE.

Maia, aka mxmtoon, had the career come-up most teen musicians could only dream of. At 17, the Oakland-raised multi-hyphenate artist began releasing music from the privacy of her bedroom and quickly acquired an online fanbase drawn to her earnest yet witty lyricism and no-frills production. Her instrument of choice was a ukulele and she wasn’t above using common household objects (a hair straightener, for example) as a percussive tool. After uploading a stream of one-off singles to various social media platforms, mxmtoon’s debut EP, plum blossom, dropped. It garnered the attention of a broadening fan base with sold out tours and multi Platinum records, but also earned the stamp of approval from mainstream media outlets like The New York Times and NPR. Since then, mxmtoon’s output has been prolific. Last year, she released her sophomore LP, rising, which followed 2019’s the masquerade, all while maintaining a creative practice outside of music.

With another album on the horizon 2024, mxmtoon is poised to premiere plum blossom (revisited), a reconsideration of the early songs that propelled her to fame. While Maia is only 23, the amount of growth in the five years since plum blossom debuted is unmeasurable. She came out as queer, moved to Brooklyn, and experienced a year of familial tragedy. Her grandmother, a visual artist who has inspired Maia throughout her life and encouraged her music career, died of cancer. In the aftermath of enormous loss, and in the midst of another close family member’s illness, Maia found a sense of wholeness by reimagining the music that made her. “My mom really loves my early music, so in a sense, I did this for her as much as I did it for me,” Maia says.

She tapped Merrill Garbus (tUnE-yArDs) as co-producer, Maryam Qudus as engineer, and together they spent two weeks at Oakland’s Tiny Telephone Studios, where Maia was both overwhelmed by and delighted with the amount of gear she had at her disposal. “I chose to work with Merrill and Maryam because I could see myself shrinking back into the self-conscious person I was at 17 making the EP, and I knew I wouldn’t feel that way with them. I don't think it's anybody's dream to be listening to your 17 year old voice in front of other people,” Maia says. Additionally, in the years since plum blossom came out, she’s rarely found herself in the studio with women, a circumstance that’s frustrated her to the point that she hopes to continue working exclusively with women and gender nonconforming producers on her next project, with mixing on this album from Laura Sisk and mastering by Idania Valencia.

Sarah Kang is a NYC-based singer-songwriter, whose genre is a seamless blend of jazz, R&B, and pop paired with thoughtful lyricism and warm, cozy vocals. Born in South Korea and raised in LA, Chicago, and Dallas, she grew up playing the piano and the french horn but never imagined she'd ever become a professional musician. Being raised in an immigrant family, a creative career was never presented to her as a real possibility — only a pipe dream. However, after releasing her first collection of original songs called "Fair Weather," which she recorded in her closet, and with the encouragement of her family and friends in 2017, she quit her job as a music teacher and took the jump into full-time music. She released her debut EP called "One," funded by a Kickstarter campaign, in 2019 with collaborators Takahiro Izumikawa, Dan Song, and Andrew Kim. In 2020, she challenged herself to release a song every month, and that July, she released her most well-known song to date called "Summer Is for Falling in Love," which has over 13 million streams on Spotify. The song has also been featured in Nespresso, Uniqlo, and LG advertisements, as well as Korean dramas and TV shows. She released her second EP "maybe i'm better now" in 2021 with her producer Patrick Hizon, in which she explored her more soulful and R&B side. In 2022, she released her first full-length album "how i remember" and made it onto the cover of Spotify playlists "Retro Pop" and "Next Gen Singer-Songwriter." Her song "end credits" landed itself on Spotify's "New Music Friday" playlist.

Sarah often describes herself as someone who is perpetually nostalgic, sometimes preemptively nostalgic for moments that haven't even passed yet. This results in a timelessness in her songwriting, which evoke memories, tell intimate stories, and remind us of the finiteness of life, but also of hope for the future. She hopes that her music helps listeners to be fully present in the small moments that make life beautiful, like a sunset, or holding someone you love.

Rijah is singer, songwriter, and producer from Jersey City, currently based in Boston. Coming from a family full of musicians, and growing up in a diverse city, just a train ride away from Manhattan, she has been exposed to a wide range of music and cultures from a very young age. Her music is a mix of pop, alternative R&B and soul, blended into her own unique sound. In 2022, she recorded and released her self-produced debut EP “the only one i know”. Since then, she formed a band, her unreleased song “Up” was featured on NPR’s Tiny Desk Top Shelf, she has worked with multiple producers and artists on various projects, and has written an album of new songs that she is in the process of recording. She is so excited to share this next chapter of music. @rijahmusic

    PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION

After a multi-year hiatus, the indie pop maestros, Wild Party, are set to release a new full-length album in 2023. After releasing their debut record, Phantom Pop, in October of 2014, the band toured extensively during the following year and a half before finally calling it quits at the end of 2015.  “We played probably 100 shows in 2014 and 2015… but there weren’t a lot of people at the shows who knew the music, and we weren’t making a lot of money…things just weren’t working out,” frontman Lincoln Kreifels recalls. Family and financial obligations meant taking the focus away from music for a while. While Phantom Pop’s infectious melodies and danceable grooves never found a home with a larger market in 2015, the band’s nearly decade-old release has recently found a new, devoted fan base online. “The Spotify algorithm seemed to suggest us to a lot of new fans who were listening to bands that sounded similar to us, and things really began to take off around 2018.” To date, the band has hundreds of millions of streams and a half a million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. A newly found fan-base reinvigorated Kreifels and long-time collaborator Lucas Hughes, and they began demoing songs again in 2018. However, it wasn’t until a close call gave Kreifels what he describes as a re- awakening: “I got really sick about 9 about months ago, and it was almost a miraculous healing… I went from almost dying––my liver almost failed… but I came out of that floating almost, really thankful to be given another chance… music is something I need to pursue.” Together with band member and producer, Ethan Kaufmann, Wild Party has been steadily dropping singles since 2021, culminating into the band’s 2023 EP release, Get Up.

Columbus, OH natives Will Hoag, Ryan Ulibarri & Mitch Whittaker make up the indie alt-rock band Cousin Simple.

Friends since 1st grade, front man Will Hoag and guitarist Ryan Ulibarri have been inseparable ever since. Mitch joined the crew in middle school and rounded out the trio with his rhythmic bass. Starting as a group of friends with a mutual interest in music, they spent many early mornings and late evenings rehearsing in their parents’ garage. After being validated by their friends and family that the songs their 13-year-old selves were writing were “actually good”, the trio entered their first Battle of the Bands in Columbus, also their first ever public performance, and won.

Since then, Cousin Simple has brought their infectious spirit and high energy to every performance, selling out shows across the Midwest in Columbus, Cleveland, Chicago, and more. Drawing influence from bands like Cage the Elephant, Arctic Monkeys and GROUPLOVE; Cousin Simple has curated their own sound that has resonated with listeners across the world and has landed them playlists slots across multiple DSPs. At half a million streams, their best performing song, "Honeybee”, however is one that listeners have found organically.

    PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
The music of Brigitte Calls Me Baby is equal parts elegant time warp and up-close exploration of our modern-day neuroses. The Chicago-based band ingeniously spans genres and eras, merging the lavish romanticism of mid-century pop with the frenetic energy and spiky intensity of early millennium indie-rock. Centered on Leavins' hypnotically crooning vocal work, the result is a rare convergence of sophistication and style and unabashed sincerity.
As shown on their debut EP This House Is Made Of Corners — a five-song project made with nine-time Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb — Brigitte Calls Me Baby possess a singular musicality informed by Leavins' eclectic upbringing. Originally from the Southeast Texas town of Port Arthur, he grew up listening to Roy Orbison records at his grandparents' house next door, while his parents played him new-wave bands like The Cars and his friends turned him onto Radiohead and The Strokes. At age 13, Leavins took up guitar and began writing songs of his own, quickly discovering his distinct vocal style. "At first I didn't like the way I sang and couldn't really do anything about it, but as I got older I started to appreciate it more," he reveals. "My whole inclination toward music came from being in this small town in Texas with nowhere to go and nothing to do, and wanting to be understood without having to say anything."

Upon moving to Chicago in 2016, Leavins immersed himself in the local music scene and soon linked up with guitarists Jack Fluegel and Trevor Lynch, bassist Devin Wessels, and drummer Jeremy Benshish, who joined him in co-founding Brigitte Calls Me Baby. As the band built up their catalog, Leavins was tapped to take part in recreating a series of Elvis Presley songs for Baz Luhrmann's 2022 biopic Elvis, a turn of events that found him crossing paths with Cobb. "Dave and I hit it off right away and started talking about the music we loved, and when we reconnected later he asked me to send him some of the songs I'd been working on," Leavins recalls. Soon after sharing a batch of demos with Cobb (whose credits include modern classics like Jason Isbell's Southeastern and Sturgill Simpson's Metamodern Sounds in Country Music), Brigitte Calls Me Baby headed to Nashville to record their debut body of work at the legendary RCA Studio A.

Co-produced by Cobb and Brigitte Calls Me Baby and mostly recorded live, This House Is Made Of Corners opens on a lush and cinematic track called "The Future is Our Way Out," a prime introduction to the EP's heightened yet palpably genuine emotionality. "I want to be earnest even when it's uncomfortable, and write unapologetically about things like my intense fear of death," says Leavins. "'The Future is Our Way Out' is about that fear, but it's also about hoping there might be something beyond death, a way out of all the mess and the sadness that plagues us in life." On "Impossibly Average," pounding rhythms and shimmering guitar tones form the backdrop to what Leavins refers to as a "a bit of a self-loathing song, about trying to cope with someone's very high expectations of you." And on "Eddie My Love," Brigitte Calls Me Baby present a gorgeously aching portrait of obsession and despair. "'Eddie My Love' paved the way for all the songs that would come after it," says Leavins, who first penned the track as a ballad. "It felt so vulnerable from the jump, and made me realize that there's no point in being anything but vulnerable in what we do."

With stunning vocals and lyrics as rich as the soil of her native land Nebraska, Kelli Rachel Belles’ natural charisma, storytelling, heart and wit come through her songs, like the golden rows of corn that grew near her childhood home. After moving to Nashville at age 19 in 2019, her love of songwriting was watered by some of the best on Music Row. Nashville industry tastemakers have compared her to a young Dolly Parton, a female Brad Paisley, and early Taylor Swift. She is bringing her brand of country music, Wildflower Country, to 21 cities across the country this fall/winter.

Axel & Lolo are a best friend and singer-songwriter duo. They craft indie-pop and folk melodies that are as heartwarming as they are infectious. PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
On their new EP, “If Nothing Happens,” Alabama indie-pop-rockers Carver Commodore ask themselves the question all artists must confront at some point in their careers—if we never “make it”, if nothing happens, is this all still worth it? Formed in 2017, Carver Commodore was a new start for founding members Payton Pruitt and Phillip Blevins after their college band parted ways. They were determined to make music and make it work for them, and since the band’s formation, have added three permanent members (Noah Freeman, Clayton Christopher, David Smith Jr.) and released two full length albums with a smattering of EPs and singles in between. These releases all fall at unique places on the spectrum of indie rock, and after taking the maximalist approach, the band decided to dial things back for their new EP. Pruitt says, “I wanted to write these songs with a much more laid back and stripped down approach. Not in a boring or acoustic way, but in a way that doesn’t sound like we’ve got 53 tracks in the final recording and can’t really reproduce the exact sound live.”

The result is a shimmery, wistful, yet still dynamic take on the aesthetic-heavy music of the modern indie pop world, strengthened even more by the substance of Pruitt’s songwriting. David Smith describes the recording of this EP as “therapeutic”—an opportunity to ignore perfectionism and embrace a more simplistic, clean, and light sound.

Five years as a band has taken Carver Commodore on a rollercoaster of incredible highs and difficult lows—not to mention the accompaniment of personal changes as the members have grown older and begun to embrace the idea of building their families. Inevitably, these challenges have brought up questions and doubt about the realism of pursuing music as a career. “If Nothing Happens” is the band giving voice to these doubts, eventually conquering them.

“This EP features the most autobiographical lyrics of any of our projects so far. Every song is about me, the band, or our collective feelings over the past couple of years,” explains Pruitt. “We’re at the point in our career where we’re determined to choose quality over quantity.” In a world dominated by metrics, the quantitative approach can be a difficult one to take. It can be hard to measure and often feel less fruitful that the decision to pursue numbers above anything else. Carver Commodore’s decision, however, is what they hope will ultimately set them apart as consistent leaders in indie music. Intentionality is the pursuit. However it manifests—in songwriting, recording, touring—Carver Commodore is on a mission to continue claiming their spot in independent music history. “If Nothing Happens” is a snapshot of a band who is not 100% sure where they are going, but they are going, no matter what.

Coco—the project of Maia Friedman, Oliver Hill, and Dan Molad—began as an experiment of sorts; three friends writing songs for nothing other than the ritual of doing so. “There’s a mutual admiration and trust among us,” the band shares. “It allows a ‘first thought best thought’ mentality.” Their vast and varied individual creative histories—notably with Dirty Projectors, Lucius, and Pavo Pavo—inform an illustrious, collective sensibility for songcraft. Coco’s self-titled debut gathered fervent acclaim from tastemakers at NPR, BBC, SiriusXM, and Spotify among others. The trio headlined packed rooms in New York City, Los Angeles, and London, made their festival debut at End of the Road, and supported Kevin Morby on a national tour.

Since, life has flown wildly forward for the members of Coco—Oliver getting married, Dan getting engaged, Maia giving birth to her first child. Their highly anticipated sophomore release—starkly titled ‘2’—honors these transformations. On opener “Any Other Way” Coco meditates on change from a widescreen perspective: The leaf and the body, each in their time, turns on a schedule, turns on a dime. Maia lays a lush bed of shoegaze guitars; Dan's builds ecstasy from downtempo drums; Oliver stirs a current of hypnotically looping basslines. The song is a stunning microcosm of this band's specific genius: carving space for each musical personality to shine, without the shadows of excess or distraction.

“Though it's only been a few years, the band has seen us through fundamental transformations in each of our lives, which we are fortunate enough to process together.” Self-produced, with collaboration from Adrian Olsen (Lucy Dacus, Fruit Bats, Bedouine), the album is sensuous and spellike, its sonics varying from lush, shoegaze guitars, to dusky electronica, to jangly 60’s pop. Maia, Oliver, and Dan continue their sacred practice—arriving to each other empty-handed and open-hearted, finding power in three equal parts.

“gorgeous, warmly wistful… a balmy, liberating groove” (Gorilla Vs. Bear)

“bold, striking, but emphatically subdued, the dreamy pop aspect seem to be filtered in from another dimension,” (CLASH)

"unerringly intimate” (The Line of Best Fit)

    “just heaven” (BBC).

After a three-year hiatus, Slow Hollows returns reinvented, sharing new single & video “Old Yeller.” The genre-defying Los Angeles band founded by songwriter Austin Feinstein is now his solo project. Though the group amicably disbanded in early 2020, the now 25-year-old artist never stopped writing songs. The more he fleshed out new material, the more Feinstein realized it made sense to continue on as Slow Hollows. “Ultimately making a cohesive record was the most important thing to me,” says Feinstein. “Having some time away from the band made me realize what ‘Slow Hollows’ stood for. It's hard to realize what you're getting at when you're doing it, so the time to myself helped me understand what made it work.” In sharp contrast to 2019’s Actors, which interpolated R&B and dance music and was influenced by collaborations with Frank Ocean (Feinstein sings the chorus on Blonde’s “Self Control”) and
Tyler, the Creator (who crafted the beat for Actors’ “Heart”), “Old Yeller” focuses purely on Feinstein’s songwriting, stripping things back to only an acoustic guitar, his voice, and gentle atmospherics. “Old Yeller was recorded in two or three takes one afternoon in September ‘22” shares Feinstein, “The lyrics take inspiration from the job of an old vacuum cleaner; feeling dusty and worn down, working over the same familiar spaces over and over again, until reaching the point of frustration and resignation. Taking production inspiration from John Cale, we decided to add a drone underneath the track.”

New York City-based Addie Warncke began Computerwife in 2018 at the beginning of her college career, using SoundCloud as a diary to chronicle her emotions. When the pandemic hit, Warncke released the five songs she was proudest of as her self-titled debut EP, and the strength of those tracks led to a signing with Danger Collective Records. Now, she’s poised to release her debut self-titled full-length: a raw and intimate portrait of her experiences processing the small but poignant moments that shape a life. Computerwife’s sound is captivating and nuanced, pushing the boundaries between analog and digital. “The main theme that ties this album together is an interest in the deep web and an attempt to combine existing media to make something new,” she explains. With her seamless blend of shoegaze, emo, and lo-fi noise pop, Computerwife speaks directly to the disquiet experienced by every 21st century digital girl with a tenuous grip on life and identity.

Without any prior production knowledge or a band to work with, expanding her songs beyond the writing stage was a challenge Warncke sought to overcome. A Song Exploder episode about Grimes inspired her to download a free trial of Ableton so she could flesh out tracks and learn more about electronic production. On her dorm room bed, she began to record with her dad’s guitar and bass, a Fender deluxe amp, and a focusrite to Ableton. Her first EP and forthcoming debut LP are pulled from these 3 years of exploring music production on her computer, made with limited, portable equipment. Computerwife ultimately reflects Warncke’s very core; it was inspired by internet rabbit holes, books, films, albums, and bands that have shaped her: from Coney Island to My Bloody Valentine, Alex G, The Flaming Lips and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Lyrically, Computerwife grapples with the psychological state Warncke was in when she, in her own words, “went crazy, deleted all my music, and ran back home.”

It all started the day Anthony Babino walked into his younger brother’s room and simply said: “Here is a bass and here is a setlist—we have a gig Friday.” Up until then, the brothers had been lifelong musicians, playing and singing harmony with their father—a professional jazz musician—but had yet to find their music. Today, Anthony and Steven are New York-based touring and recording artist, Rebel Kicks, a rock-leaning, indie-pop band with an electronic twist. Since forming in 2018, Rebel Kicks has released a full length album, A Portrait of Man: Part 1; a live EP; a string of singles, several of which have been featured on MTV and Showtime; and they are about to release a brand new EP with all new music. Live, the band augments its lineup with longtime bandmates, Daniel Bradley (drums) and Dorian Lake (keys/vocals). Rebel Kicks has shared bills with artists such as Foo Fighters, Blink-182, Mac Miller, Iggy Azalea, Incubus, and more.

The brothers have issued several new singles in 2023, including the irresistibly energetic single, “Silhouette,” (released in February); the rock n roll / electronica song “Electrophoria” which they performed live on Good Day NY (with Rosanna Scotto); their version of Beatles classic “Please Please Me” which has gained International acclaim; and several more on it’s way including “The Girl From Barcelona”.

The brothers are musically self-contained. Anthony and Steven are gifted multi-instrumentalists who often write, record, produce, and play all the instruments on their songs. Rebel Kicks craft anthemic alternative pop refreshingly infused with social commentary and powerful personal revelation.
