Parking
Parking at the Norton Center is easy and convenient! Paid parking is available in the Norton Center lot for $5 (cash only). In addition, there is free street parking and other convenient lots nearby.
Doors Open
The Grand Foyer & Will Call open 60 minutes prior to showtime and Theatre doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
Pop-Up Parties
Join us 60 minutes before every Newlin Hall show for fun and surprising entertainment in the Grand Foyer. You never know what you’ll find!
Café Services
We offer sweet and savory treats and assorted hot and cold drinks. Our café area will be available before Newlin Hall and Weisiger Theatre shows.
Accessibility
Please note that the Norton Center is a historic venue with limited accessible seating. Special reserved wheelchair and companion seating is available for all shows. Interpretive services and large print programs are available upon request at least 20 days in advance for the performance. Please call the Box Office at 859-236-4692 to request assistance with your accommodations.
Refunds and Exchanges
Ticket sales are non-refundable. Tickets purchased through a subscription package may be exchanged for another show in the same season. Tickets are transferrable to friends or family. Donations for the value of tickets are appreciated.
Event Cancellations
Please note that dates and times of all performances are subject to change. In the event of a canceled performance, patrons will have the opportunity to donate the value of their tickets to the Norton Center, exchange their tickets for another performance, or receive a full refund.
