We will have various setups to explore all the options in food photography.

We will cover camera settings, lighting and composition with emphasis on texture, color, learning tricks of the trade

in order to start developing your own signature style.

With years of experience,

Gigi Alterio, Food Stylist and Recipe Developer

will lead you step by step in prepping

a beautiful looking dish.

Andrei Jackamets, commercial photographer,

will explain through various setups, how lighting with camera settings affect

and enhance the final image.

Kendall Szpakowski, pastry chef and owner of Keke N Ko,

will bring her unique confectionary creations to be photographed.
