A Very Soulful Valentine's Day at World Cafe Live
Join us on Valentine’s Day for the ultimate date night! Enjoy a three-course meal from Executive Chef Rob Cottman plus live music from independent artist Jay Turner & Side by Sol. All food is included with your ticket - choose Vegan, Seafood, or Meat at checkout. The menu features ingredients known as aphrodisiacs to heighten the romantic experience. Full bar along with specialty cocktails will be available for purchase.

A Very Soulful Valentine’s Day at World Cafe Live: Menu
Eat something sexy!

Vegan Option

First course – Roasted beet salad with toasted pine nuts, pomegranate seeds, lemon tahini dressing, pomegranate molasses, and micro greens (GF)

Second Course – Vegan meatloaf with saffron vegetable rice and citrus agave glazed rainbow carrots, finished with heirloom tomato jam (GF)

Dessert – Chocolate avocado mousse with vegan whipped cream and fresh berries

Seafood Option

First course – Chilled jumbo shrimp, lump crab meat, avocado, lime, tomatoes, and fried oysters served in a martini glass

Second course – Jail Island salmon with Peruvian potato puree, grilled asparagus, and chili lime butter (GF)

Dessert – Moist lemon olive oil cake with pistachio butter

Meat Option

First course – Arugula salad with candied almonds, fresh strawberries, honey, goat cheese, drizzled with a pomegranate white balsamic reduction (GF)

Second Course – 5oz. center cut filet with saffron vegetable rice and lump crab gravy, topped with a jumbo crab stuffed shrimp (GF)

Dessert – Chocolate molten lava cake with vanilla whipped cream and fresh berries
