An Eerie Good Time!
Led by engaging and entertaining guides, “Tales of the Roundhouse” participants will hear the real life and death tales of past railroad workers and passengers who lost their lives in ghastly accidents, gruesome train wrecks and sometimes by cold-blooded murder.
First introduced in 2016, “Tales of the Roundhouse” guests will have the special opportunity to tour the historic park after dark while listening to intriguing, railroad-related ghost stories. Evening visitors will also enjoy going behind-the-scenes with special access to the historic Roundhouse and Blacksmith Shop. Plus, guests will experience a nighttime steam train ride behind a historic steam locomotive while learning about railroad superstition and lore.
