In the 2023 Miss North Carolina USA and Miss North Carolina Teen USA pageants, young women from across the state will vie for the opportunity to compete in the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants and work for the Miss USA Organization. Preliminaries take place on Friday, February 24. Finalists will be chosen and the new queens will be crowned during the Finals competition on Saturday evening, February 25. These outstanding young women will compete in Swimsuit/ Athletic Wear, Evening Gown, and Interview.
