About the Edgar Winter Band. Gold and platinum recording artist Edgar Winter has more than 20 albums and numerous collaborative efforts to his credit and has never been satisfied to ride the wave of popular music stardom. Major national television and radio campaigns have relied on Edgar's music to advertise their products. Edgar has also made frequent television appearances and his songs can be heard in no fewer than fifteen films and television projects, including Wayne's World 2, What's Love Got to do With It, and The Simpsons. His live show, anchored by hits such as "Free Ride", "Frankenstein", and "Tobacco Road", are consistently on the receiving end of critical praise and he continues to thrill audiences.
Winter will be joined by very special opening act (and native Hoosier) Henry Lee Summer. Summer released his first full-length album, Stay with Me, in 1984, selling more than 500,000 copies of it...enough for gold certification. CBS Records released Time for Big Fun next and then, in 1987, CBS released his breakthrough album Henry Lee Summer, which contained his Billboard top 20 and #1 Mainstream Rock song "I Wish I Had a Girl (that walked like that)".
We do offer accessible seating for those that require it/need it.
