Discover your neighbors doing something beautiful!
Join us for our first discovery series show, in which we present two local/regional acts of varying style with the goal of knowing our fabulously talented neighbors. This first show will feature classical and modern chamber music played by UNCC faculty, followed by a set from Kannapolis-based folk duo "falllift," who you might recognize from their wonderful performance at last year's Breakfast for the Arts. Come explore our wonderful community with us!
UNC Charlotte Music Faculty
Featuring some of the most talented musicians in the region, this group of musicians will be performing a variety of chamber music. Chamber music is a discipline within Classical music showcasing various small ensembles of traditional wind, string, and percussion instruments. If you've not experienced modern chamber music, you're in for a real treat!

Formed in 2021 by Steven Hall and Micah Cottingham, falllift couples playful melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and the balance of a male and female lead. The duo brings authenticity and refreshing honesty to a modern sound by drawing inspiration from life experiences that connect each and every one of us. Their debut EP 'Sunday Sessions' was recorded with Doug Williams (EMR Recorders) released in December 2022.
