Sun Atoms

In a whirlwind of sonic serendipity, Portland psychedelic gaze-wave outfit Sun Atoms present their new 2-track single 'Take This Love' with B-side 'And The Lion Saw The UFO', released via Little Cloud Records digitally and on 7-inch vinyl. These songs offer a sonic odyssey to a realm of pure musical enchantment. The fun continues in the clever sci-fi video, created by Bradley Tuazon at Oregon's world-famous Airplane Home.

Sun Atoms is made up of bassist Peter G. Holmström (The Dandy Warhols, Pete International Airport), vocalist Jsun Atoms (The Upsidedown, Daydream Machine), multi-instrumentalist June Kang, Mars de Ponte (LoveBomb Go-Go), L.A. drummer Eric Rubalcava and Boise native Derek Spencer Longoria-Gomez (Hi Hazel).

The Asteroid No. 4

The Asteroid No. 4 is an American shoegaze, dream pop and psychedelic band based in Northern California. Originally formed in Philadelphia in the late 1990s, the A4 have remained an active studio and live act, and are considered to be stalwarts of the modern “psych”genre. Known for their prolific discography of reverb-drenched recordings and guitar driven, liquid-projected live performances, the band is often categorized as “neo-psychedelic” or “shoegaze”. Happily accepting their often made comparisons to acts like Ride, Spacemen 3 or “Paisley Underground’s”, The Rain Parade; the band have evolved into a sound all their own. In the spring of 2022, the Asteroid No.4 released their 11th full length LP, “Tones of the Sparrow” on London label specializing in “nugaze” acts, Club AC30. European and US tours followed including support for Slowdive, The Ocean Blue, and several shows opening for the Brian Jonestown Massacre. In January of 2024 a new 5-song EP was released on Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes label, Silver Arrow Records. Current tour dates include supporting The Black Crowes in April & May as recordings are finalized of what will be their 12th full length, slated for release in summer, 2024.

The Veldt

Emerging from the dynamic music scene of North Carolina in the 1980s, The Veldt crafted a sound that seamlessly melds shoegaze and progressive soul, carving out a distinct niche within the first wave of shoegaze bands worldwide. Their music is a mesmerizing blend of ethereal atmospheres, sultry melodies, and irresistible rhythms, establishing them as a standout presence in the genre.

Los Mundos

Los Mundos slithers out of Monterrey, Mexico, undulating along riff-heavy guitar lines and fuzzed-out bass, Luis Angel Martinez, Alejandro Elizondo, Ricardo Antúnez and Raúl González cut a path through psychedelia that pulls from sources as diverse as the The Jesus and Mary Chain, Hawkwind and horror legend H.P. Lovecraft, creator of the Great Old Ones—a race of gods intent on reclaiming Earth.
