Celebrate Spring with Train Rides and the Easter Bunny
Hop into Spring and celebrate all things spring with a train ride behind our historic locomotive. The Easter Bunny will be in the rail yard for egg-cellent photo-ops before or after your ride. During the ride, eagle-eyed children can try to spot all the large Easter eggs set up along four miles of train tracks.
#308 Family Caboose
Ride the caboose as a private Covid-Safe Family. The caboose will be part of a regular train ride but you will have the caboose to yourselves. A single caboose ticket provides a ride for up to 10 family members. If the ticket purchase options below do not include the Family Caboose, it has already been sold. #335 Stationary Birthday Party Caboose
On some weekends we offer an option to rent the Stationary Birthday Party Caboose, hosted in the Museum's 1913 Vintage Caboose 335. The caboose has a large room that seat 12-15 children and a second room with a service table and a small built-in desk. The caboose has heaters and air conditioning. There is also a picnic table outside in the train yard in front of the caboose reserved for the birthday party. Each Birthday Party Caboose ticket includes an option to order 1 free standard train ride. The Birthday Party Caboose will be reserved and available for you 2 hrs and 15 minutes before the train departure time. Actual party time starts before the train ride and is limited to 2 hours.
