H. “Doobie” Powell is a native of Hartford, CT born to Gospel singer, Jacquelyn Powell and a legend in the music community who pioneered the genre Gospel-Jazz, Hubert Powell, Sr. From the age of 3 to his 12 independent albums, Doobie has revolutionized the way fans experience music and artists perform. His mezzo tenor tones infused with jazz riffs amidst his funk, gospel, and hip-hop arrangements are the sum total of The Doobie Powell Experience. Doobie Powell collaborations include co-writing of The Black Nativity film score with Raphael Saadiq, performances with iconic artists such as Kim Burrell, Harry Connick Jr., Musiq SoulChild, Robert Glasper, LeAndria Johnson, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, the legendary Clark Sisters and more. Doobie continues to spread the message of love, unity, and life with audiences across the world. Doobie founded Chip Off the Block Productions to create a unique sound to be spread throughout the world, rather through him or any other artist who inquires his peculiar approach. He released his version of Pharrell’s Happy in his first mixtape teaser in 2014 bringing new visibility to his versatility in music and reaching fans of all ages across the globe.
Karega Bailey is an angel parent, a social-emotional healing practitioner and an award winning educator, recording artist, and lead vocalist of SOL Development. He is a nationally renowned Peace Advocate and the Founding Dean of Culture of Roses in Concrete Community School, a K-8 social justice performing arts school in Oakland, California. In addition to his work in education, he is the author of SOL Affirmations and he is a co-founder and lead facilitator for BE-Imaginative, a transformative safe space lead by a collective of artists and activists dedicated to disrupting gun violence and healing Black and Brown communities through innovative multidimensional storytelling. Evidence of his work, of which has received national acclaim, can be found in the Emmy award-winning film Dear Beloved: Music & Storytelling with SOL Development & BE-IMAGINATIVE. Karega Bailey is also the cohost of the AMBIE nominated podcast SOL Affirmations with Karega and Felicia on the Black Love Podcast Network.

She is a full-time musical artist, songwriter and vocal coach, taking home 44 prestigious music awards such as the 2022 Intercontinental Music Awards for “Best of North America in the R&B genre”, 2022 Josie Music Award for “Vocalist of the Year” 2022 (R&B/Soul)

Tracy Cruz stays grounded by diligently working within her community for over 16 years, teaching and inspiring the youth at her celebrated Tracy Cruz Vocal Studio through singing, performing, writing, arranging, and mentorship.
She is an elected Chapter Governor for the Recording Academy® San Francisco Chapter. She is heavily involved with her music community through mentorship, advocacy, promoting diversity and inclusion, saving music in schools and more. She is also a GRAMMYU mentor and a part of the Oakland School for the Arts CTE Arts Advisory Board.
