Eddie Owen Presents and Comedy Wit Productions presents the Independence Day Comedy on the Clay Showcase featuring nationally touring comedians and local favorites.

This Independence Day, we feature the comedy stylings of Nick Murphy, Eric Dowis, Conrad Bromberek, Mark Kendall and Lace Larrabee.

These comics have been featured on Laughs on Fox, CBS, World Series of Comedy, Viceland and many others. This showcase is hosted by Yoshee and will have you laughing all evening. Come enjoy a night of laughter on this independence day weekend in Downtown Duluth.

Conrad Bromberek's background in theatre gives a burst of energy and emotion to every performance that makes guys want to buy him drinks and girls instantly fall in love. He can be seen on America's Got Talent and Fluffy's Food Adventures. Conrad has featured for Etta May, Mark Normand, Mark Evans, and many others. Hilarious, clean and clever, Eric's unique style of comedy has been seen on stages throughout the U.S. and abroad. What started out as a dare in high school has led to performances for cruise lines including, Royal Caribbean and Holland America. Eric has also had the pleasure of working with the cast of Dancing with the Stars including Derek Hough and Joey Fatone. Eric has shared the stage with musical acts such as Lynyrd Skynyrd and Randy Travis. Eric's ability to create unique moments for each audience will have them recalling laughs weeks after the show.

Mark Kendall is an Atlanta-based comedian. He is an ensemble member at Dad's Garage Theatre. His one man show, "The Magic Negro and Other Blackness" was produced by the Alliance Theatre and he continues to tour the show around the country. For his work with the show, he was awarded "Best Professional Funny Man" by Creative Loafing Atlanta in 2015. Mark studied film at Northwestern University. He worked at Comedy Central through the Chris Rock Summer School Program for up and coming comedy writers of color. During his time at Comedy Central, he got to pitch jokes to the writing staffs of "The Daily Show" and "The Colbert Report."

Lace Larrabee is an actor and nationally touring stand up comedian who can been seen comedy clubs and festivals from coast to coast. In 2018, Lace was voted Best Local Comedian by the readers of Atlanta's Creative Loafing Magazine. From stage to screen, Lace has been featured on Viceland, EPIX, The Weather Channel, FOX and most recently on FB Watch's newest scripted dark comedy, Queen America, starring Catherine Zeta-Jones. Catch Lace later this year as the celebrity guest in 3 episodes of Caroline Rhea's new show, Caroline & Friends on the Gameshow Network. Lace and her comedian husband, Jarrod Harris, co-host the American Couple podcast available on iTunes and most anywhere you can get podcasts.

-- Nick Murphy is a stand up comedian based out of Atlanta, Ga. He is a regular performer at the Punchline Comedy Club and on the Best of Atlanta showcases at the Laughing Skull Lounge, having worked with acts including Joe Zimmerman, Chris Porter, and the Lucas Brothers. Nick credits his abilities onstage to years of observation, life experience and hard work while his beautiful, supportive mother prefers to take all the credit herself.
