***THIS SHOW IS IN THE THEATER, WHICH IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR & ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY STAIRS. We would love nothing more than to be able to welcome every human into the theater and are working really hard to have an elevator built in the near future.***
Hello, theater fans! The Paw Paw Village Players are pleased and excited to announce the return of a Christmas tradition we started a few years ago, but life interfered.
This December, the Players will bring back Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol", the tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, a disgruntled old miser who softens his ways after being visited by the ghost of Jacob Marley, his former business partner. He is then taken on a life-changing journey by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present, and Christmas Yet-To-Come.
The director of this year's production, Ms Lisa Grace, has promised a show that you will not soon forget, as told by the famous storyteller himself.
The show will be on December 13 & 14 at 7:00 PM with a matinee on December 14 at 2:00 PM at the Paw Paw Playhouse, upstairs from the awesome Lucky Wolf Cafe. Tickets are $12 in advance online at ppvp.org and theluckywolfpawpaw.com. Tickets will also be available at the door for $15.
If you haven't been in the playhouse lately you are in for a surprise. Besides the fabulous espresso drinks and cold beverages in the Lucky Wolf Cafe, which you are welcome to bring up to the show with you, the theater itself has new lighting and sound systems and new comfortable seating. Come check it out and enjoy the show.
