It’s a Bloomington tradition! Swing in the New Year at the Ives Auditorium in the Minnesota Masonic Heritage Center featuring the acclaimed Minnesota Jazz Orchestra along with Gregg Marquardt and Reeves Cary crooning Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin favorites.

This all new Rat Pack style show includes songs like “On the Street of Dreams”, “New York, New York”, “Luck be a Lady”, “Come Fly with Me”, “Me and My Shadow” and “Mambo Italiano”. Add in a little comedy, audience participation, along with always entertaining music and you have a show that can’t be beat anywhere else in this country.

An accomplished full-sized Big Band, the Minnesota Jazz Orchestra is made up of highly-talented musicians who have performed professionally in bands throughout the United States and around the World.

The Minnesota Jazz Orchestra is led by Craig Thrane, a 20-year Veteran of the Army & Army National Guard Bands. Craig also serves as a parent-volunteer for Edina Bands and is a member of AAFM Cataract Lodge #2.

If you’ve seen them before, you want to come back. If you haven’t, don’t miss this New Year’s Eve tradition at the Ives.
