Dolphin Midwives
Sage Elaine Fisher is an American composer, performer and sound artist. She is best known for her performance project, Dolphin Midwives, which abstracts harp, voice and percussion using electronics, extended techniques and ritual processes. She explores themes of empathy, sustainability, vulnerability and transformation through social experiment, meditation, psychoacoustics and magic.
Her debut record, Orchid Milk, was self-released on limited edition tape in May 2016. Her installation, Naturaphones, was shown in 2017 at The Bison Building, as a culmination of a six month residency for PNCA+OCAC, and featured four large-scale acoustic sculptures, ambient performance, and several sculptural prototypes. She founded and directed Dröna Choir to perform her new choral work, invisibility ritual; performed on the new moon in total darkness, to explore the vast space between silence and sound. Crystal Quartez
Crystal Cortez is a sound, installation artist & programmer based out of Portland Oregon. They are also a professor of Creative Coding & Sonic Arts at Portland Community College. As someone who never saw themself represented in computer music or creative tech their work focuses on the empowerment of underserved populations gaining access and knowledge around technology. In 2019 they co founded whateverSpace, a maker space offering free and sliding scale workshops and technology rentals with priority going to the BIPOC community. Under their performance moniker Crystal Quartez they transforms field recordings, uses synthesis, audio programming, data sonification, and 3D sound spatialization to produce complex sonic realms.

meroitic is a sound & movement based project of black interdisciplinary artist & composer jamondria harris. Their work uses words, sounds, wires, instruments, textiles & what falls into their hands to engage with blackness, desire, spirit/source,narratology/folklore, & ontologies of liberation over& through sex, gender & embodiment.Their sound art emerges from deep-listening fluidity between rhythm & source, engendering sonic cartographies woven from samples, feedback, the electromagnetic field of bodies & rooms and both digital and analog synthesizer soundscapes.Their albums are available on Fallen Moon Recordings.
Morher
Morher is the sound project of oz hal0, a queer, mixed race United Statesian multimedia artist. Their practice is a meticulous container in which they channel many superfluous parts of self - identity, trauma, disability, ancestry, desire, conflict, compulsion, sensation. Through improvisation and experimentation, their work collapses the self and other across many sensory mediums including sound, movement, film, painting, tattooing, and installation. Their work has been showcased at Abrons Art Center, DFBRL8R, Mo.ë, First Hermetic International Film Festival, and many many DIY basements, guerilla public venues, & artist run spaces internationally.
