Celebrate Cinco de Mayo and Spring with a special Tequila dinner paired up with a great menu by Executive Chef Mike Davis.
Featuring Herradura, Milagro, Casamigos and Don Julio 1942 plus some tasty Tequila cocktails.
Herradura-ceviche, straight up. Prawns, radish, rock fish, red onion, anaheim chili, micro cilantro, lime, plantain chips
Milagro-goat meat tamale braised in banana leaf with guallijo chilies and new mexico chilies
Don Julio- seared halibut, braised mushrooms, verde mole (tomatillos, sorrel, celery root or sunchoke, pepitas (pumpkin seeds), ancho chili, epazote)
Casamigos- cajeta crème caramel w/ a hint of pink peppercorn and white chocolate shavings
