Kick off the weekend with a pre-dinner reception featuring Viogniers, followed by an elegant feast and Syrah pairing, hosted by the winemakers themselves. Edgefield's Black Rabbit Chris Rattaro will prepare a multi course menu to complement the wines.
Next, the celebration continues onto the dinner, held in the Edgefield Ballroom. Here we showcase locally produced Syrahs, giving our guests the opportunity to enjoy the Northwest's finest wines, paired with delicious fare.
