We have teamed up with the Art Institute of Raleigh Durham to offer unique and creative cooking classes with their top chefs in their gourmet kitchens.

Known as the “new era cuisine”, Floribbean cuisine emerged in the 1990s as one of America’s new and most innovative regional cooking styles. The fresh flavors, combinations and tastes of Floribbean cuisine are representative of the variety and quality of foods indigenous to Florida and the Caribbean Islands. Learn how to identify these ingredients in the local markets and create Floribbean dishes that will impress your family and friends.

Tickets are $65 per single ticket, $100 for two tickets and include:

- Three-hour hands-on cooking class (special wines or alcohol provided if applicable)

- A personal introduction from one of the chefs and a full walk-through of all the dishes on the menu.

- Demonstrations given on any special techniques that will be used to make the recipes.

- A recipe packet with all the recipes prepared so you can recreate the tastes in your own kitchen.

- The chance to eat your tasty creations!
