Celebrate "Women & Voices of Freedom" at a unique participatory event presented by the African American Literary Tea Committee and the Town of Cary. Special guest speaker Carole Boston Weatherford. Light refreshments are included. This event will be preceded by a free interactive event, "Illustrations Giving Life to Words," on Friday, April 26 at 7 p.m., featuring illustrators Patrice Sabree, Isidrio Sabo, and Kelly Lyons Starling.
