TIER 1: Dinner

All dinner attendees will be presented with a three course meal which includes:

Hors’ douvers

A selection of house salted pork and cased meats, accompanied by a vibrant array of pickled vegetables drizzled with local honey. Paired with aged cheeses and complemented by a variety of fruits and reductions.

Served with an esteemed blend of a rich and sweet Sherry. 

Entrée:

A succulent whole suckling pig and tender leg of lamb, expertly roasted to perfection. Served alongside creamy yams, a savory courgette casserole, and fire roasted root vegetables.

Served with an inclusive mix of dark stout, rum, brown sugar and a hint of lime more commonly referred to as Rattle Skull in the taverns of yesteryear. 

Dessert:

Delightful apple pandowdy featuring whole fruit apple reduction infused with warm winter spices. Topped with scratch-made biscuit dough and baked to golden perfection.

Served with a soul soothing Wassail concoction made up from an amalgamation of ciders and spices perfected for a December evening refreshment.
