The New Hope Winery and Weyerbacher Brewing Company have paired up to present to you a battle of the brews!
Our very own Chef Larry Brown will be creating a special four-course menu, each course accompanied with a beer or wine pairing of your choice.

Weyerbacher Brewing was founded in 1995 in a livery stable located in downtown Easton, Pennsylvania. Eventually outgrowing that small space, we made the move to the 30,000 square foot facility that we still call home today.
Since the beginning, they have established a reputation for making big, full-flavored, high quality brews. While predominantly known for Belgian-style brews including Merry Monks and QUAD, they have an extensive barrel aging program which produces fan favorites including Insanity and Riserva. In recent years, they've dipped their toes into IPAs and other lower ABV styles with great success.
Experimenting with different ingredients and brewing techniques, their brewers continue to stretch their creative minds and develop interesting and mind blowing beers that will satisfy your taste for the extraordinary. Visit https://weyerbacher.com/ for more information
Sean Parkhill of Weyerbacher Brewing Company will be present to give some insight into this local brewery and answer any questions you may have.
Sean has been with Weyerbacher as a sales representative for over 3 years, covering Philadelphia & the surrounding counties. He has been in the beer business for over 15 years and has worked in an array of different fields including Retail, Warehouse Operations, Distributor Sales, & presently Craft Brewery Sales.
His favorite craft beers are pale ales and IPAs. He looks forward to being your host for the night and teaching dinner attendees all about the world of craft beer!
Join us for this very special one-of-a-kind night!
