We have teamed up with the Art Institute of Raleigh Durham to offer unique and creative cooking classes with their top chefs in their gourmet kitchens.

The cuisine of Southern Italy is noted for its heavy use of tomatoes, fresh herbs and spices, specifically garlic. Italy’s first pasta was produced in the south, followed by focaccia and a variety of flatbread pizzas. This class will introduce to culinary enthusiasts easy to make fresh tomato dishes, focaccia and pasta

Tickets are $65 per single ticket, $100 for two tickets and include:

- Three-hour hands-on cooking class (special wines or alcohol provided if applicable)

- A personal introduction from one of the chefs and a full walk-through of all the dishes on the menu.

- Demonstrations given on any special techniques that will be used to make the recipes.

- A recipe packet with all the recipes prepared so you can recreate the tastes in your own kitchen.

- The chance to eat your tasty creations!
