Welcome to the
Children's Museum of Virginia!

Thank you for joining us for A Special Day for Special Needs. Tickets are $5 per participant and one caregiver is admitted free with each participant.

All guests must reserve timed tickets for each member of their party, including infants under the age of 2. Tickets are one hour entry windows. Once inside the museum, you may stay as long as you like until the museum closes. The museum opens at 9:00 am and closes at 4:00 pm. The last time slot is 2:00 pm. Re-entry is not allowed.

Members should have their subscription number ready to reserve their free member tickets. Please bring your membership card and valid photographic identification to present to the customer service representative the day of your visit.

If you have complimentary tickets or a membership voucher that expired between March 2020 and March 31, 2021, please contact Ian Francis at ian.francis@portsmouthva.gov regarding redeeming these items.

In order to serve you better, please have your tickets (electronic or printed) and all necessary identification ready to present to our customer service agents upon entry to the museum.
