Tea and Strumpets at the Texas Renaissance Festival
Formal Seated Tea Events in our Upstairs Dining Room
The Afternoon Tea is served at 4:00 p.m.
Come partake of the sweeter service that Tea and Strumpets provides. We would not call this a light meal, there is still a LOT of food, but it is less meaty than the High Tea. Meal includes 3 flavors of tea sandwiches, an English Pasty, 2 flavors of Scones served with Devonshire Cream and jams, along with an array of pastries, tarts, and sweets.*
The specific flavors of the menu will shift a bit from weekend to weekend with the seasonality of ingredients.
There is a bottomless pot of tea included and, in addition, our signature wine cocktails and aperitifs are available for purchase through your hosts at the upstairs bar.
Seating begins at 3:30 for a 4pm meal service.
*Please let us know if you have dietary or ambulatory restrictions. This is an upstairs venue, and while we can still serve folks who cannot do stairs, we will need a good amount of time to set up a table. There will be an opportunity during checkout to give us this information.
